The food is lovely - the staff are friendly - there is a great atmosphere- however a little noisy - but the food and the price is all worth it.
Staff pleasant and wanted to help...however training in "attention to detail" is suggested (not a busy time while we were there so staff cannot plead being very busy). Pork in the sweet and sour seemed overcooked.
Great food. Unusually slow coming out. Had finished most of banquet then 30 minutes later two more dishes arrived. Staff apologetic. Very busy evening. Group of four.
A great tasting experience with a large selection of yun cha. Service prompt and courteous catering for a large lunch time crowd. A large dining area.
Food was good. However our food was brought out wrong and it’s was not fixed when mentioned. It’s a little over priced for what it is.
Outstanding value for banquet, attentive service without being intrusive. Friendly and efficient staff who made us feel welcome. Delicious food that eas great value. Thanks!
Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. We will hesitate to go back due to rude and indifference in service .
very expensive, adding one more person we need to order 3 more dim sum and total additional cost was $24 on top of $32 from groupon so total for 3 of people are $24+$32 = $56. I don't mind you charge tea for additional but to order 3 more dim sum seem unfair to customer, as additiona 1-2 is should be fine. 3 additional dimsum for $24!! and add tea for 3 person $4.5 Mei
Very disappointing experience. After 90 minutes we had only received 1 plate of food and after 2 complaints, still no apology was received. The banquet was largely fried food which wasn’t obvious from the description and at $45/head should have been better.
Yum Cha was delightful with plenty to choose from, service friendly and prompt, ambience open and well lit and not crowded. We’ll be coming back.
