Service was great- they are busy but they are attentive to the needs of the customers. Food is clearly described and they did well accommodating special dietary needs. YUM!!

Staff began hurrying us along to leave 45 minutes before closing right after our mains were delivered to the table. In under 15 minutes we had been approached five separate times by staff trying to take drinks/ plates off of the table that we were still eating/ drinking from and requesting payment for the "last round" of drinks. Our booking was made online for 7:30, the sitting time was advertised as 80 minutes maximum with the venue closing at 9pm but the staff began stacking furniture/ closing up/ rushing guests out from 8:15. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere for the first 30 minutes was fantastic. A shame bookings are being taken up until 7:45 with no mention that staff will close the bar at 8 and start pressuring guests to leave shortly after.

We chose Tequila n Tacos for a nice, quiet celebratory dinner. We booked for 6:45pm, were greeted by a friendly waitress and we asked if we could sit outside. We ordered an entree and drinks, stating out intention to order more side dishes to share as we went. We were approached at approximately 7:00pm by another waitress informing us the kitchen would be closing and could we finalise our bill. Given we had barely started dining, we were slightly shocked and asked if we could order the remaining dishes, and pay on completion, as is normal custom. We were then brought part of our order by a third waiter, who banged down side plates and left. At about 7:15pm, we were again approached in the middle of eating, and pushed to finalise our entire bill and 'finish up', with staff citing they had had 'runners' in the past. During this time new customers continued entering, ordering and being served inside, the kitchen clearly still open. We paid for what we had already ordered, with the waitress stating she would bring our receipt, but disappearing never to return. On speaking with the manager, he stated he had no idea this had occurred, and stated his kitchen staff wanted to go home so we're going to close but that they changed their minds and stayed open as new customers had rung and booked. Half an hour into our nice quiet dinner, we were essentially asked to pay up and go, because others had left without paying in the past. Abysmal service and will not be back.

extremely loud, couldn't get my order correct, had2send back3times b4was almost correct (only asked no onion& no capsicum+extra guacamole)..... chairs very uncomfortable and restaurant very cold with horrible acoustics (no effort made 2 reduce noise levels, nor2warm place up)....... told wouldn't be charged4extra guacamole as removed onion+capsicum; but was charged4 extra guacamole& never told would be....... jalapeno poppers were so psychotically hot, which never ever had b4 in poppers, not even@this restaurant b4, but filling was tastelesslike cream, not cheese flavoured (unsure y so hot coz no seeds inside& like hot foodbut these were crazy hot sweating just with 1st few bites)....... 2 tiny little mini tacos cost $14 which seems ridiculous pricing....... female table staff were friendly& helpful, but male elderly manager was extremely rude&argumentative with no patience or understanding@all....... at least they now have garnish on plate of rice& extra greens, as used2be nothing else on white plate but white burrito when served.......

Best Mexican in town!! Everything on the menu is exceptional.
