Our evening at Thai-Riffice was very pleasant, the food was very tasty and brought to the table promptly. Couldn't fault the service either - a hassle-free, enjoyable experience.

Very nice place in terms of quality of food and service

The 3 mains we chose were all delicious however 2 of the 3 entrees were disappointing. The staff's eagerness to clear plates was a bit annoying but overall they were pleasant and keen to provide good service. Because we weren't too happy with some of the entrees we felt the subsequent bill was a bit too high.

Have had much better thai , needless to say will not be returning

Unfortunately, the food was nice but the service was terrible as they not only seemed under staffed but the staff they didn’t have didn’t speak English well. No one came to the table to take drink or food orders without being prompted or waved down. Our mains got forgotten and I raised my concerns with two different waitresses who had no idea what I was saying at they didn’t understand English. I finally found someone behind the bar who understood and over an hour later we received our mains. When I asked for the bill I realised they charged me for a bottle of wine instead of a glass. They corrected this quickly. In Summary, the food was good but very over priced and the service was terrible.

Always love going to Thai Riffic but this time the service was slow and $3 a head corkage was a bit steep . We got charged for 4 and only 3 of us drank. Food was still outstanding !

Overall fast service for the big group of people we had.

Thai Riffic is an outstanding restaurant in Newtown. The Kirrawee branch would do well to adopt the menu and recipes from King St - lunch today was well below what we are used to. Service and atmosphere is good, the food is the only issue.

Ordered cocktails to start however our meals came out before our drinks. Staff kept clearing the table as soon as a dish was almost finished. Felt very rushed and didn’t get a chance to enjoy our drinks or meal.
