The Beach Shack Cafe Currumbin lies by the picturesque Gold Coast coastline. This little oasis on the bustling Pacific Parade is the perfect place to enjoy some great coffee and tasty modern Australian fare while you take in the spectacular views of the big blue. The Beach Shack has a popular breakfast menu that includes healthy options like acai bowls and classics like avocado with poached eggs on sourdough toast. Once a month on Sundays they also host live music, and you’d be hard pressed to find a cooler place to sip a few cold ones and feast on tapas while taking in the tunes and stunning views.

I came back with 3 friends after enjoying myself so much earlier in the week. Just coffee, banana bread and raisin toast this time but staff very friendly and helpful. Pretty inexpensive as well as a beautiful view over the beach.
The beach shack at Currumbin has Awesome views, great handmade foods, coffee and service. Highly recommended for travellers and locals alike. We dined upstairs and had the great breeze also.
As the name suggests, The Beach Shack Currumbin is an easy-breezy, light-filled cafe on the Gold Coast serving some of the best modern Australian food that’s ideal at any time of day. With a seriously enviable view of the coast, the location is quite simply out of this world. Located on Pacific Parade, The Beach Shack overlooks Currumbin Beach and the Pacific Ocean – and we can’t tell you how nice it is to enjoy good food with this view. Another thing we love about this spot is how committed they are to sustainability and sourcing all the produce and ingredients from trusted, local suppliers. Oh, and parents – they also have a fish tank under the counter so the kids will be happily distracted while you sip your cuppa.
Now, what can you expect from the menu at The Beach Shack Currumbin? If you’re an early riser or brunch-lover, we recommend tucking into a classic Australian-style bacon and egg burger filled with cheese, spinach and bbq sauce or perhaps some corn fritters with layers of bacon, spinach, avocado and sun-dried tomatoes. If you’re having a long lunch, the mango and prawn salad goes down a treat, as does the Cajun chicken burger with all the trimmings; grilled barramundi and the salt and pepper calamari. Whatever takes your fancy, the team at The Beach Shack on the Gold Coast have got you covered. So book a table and find out what all the fuss is about – it’ll be your new favourite in no time, that’s for sure.
