Great service, friendly, we booked a table and it was ready when we got there. 10/10 Well organised, we have recommended to our friends and family.
Very nice definitely will be back , breakfast and lunch very good, service was quick and very hospitable atmosphere was very historic and very interesting.
Great food and service. Lots of great menu choices and prices were readonable . We will definitely be back in the future . Keep up the great work
Nice place, lively atmosphere. I was a bit surprised at how hard it was to find a car parking spot. The development is unfinished so there are huge areas of empty space, sadly all fenced off.
Relax3d, great food. Innovative menu selections with prompt table service in a quiet locale. We visited mid week and mums and buns were made welcome. Mixed age groups and ability friwndly access.
Location, staff and decor was terrific and unique, menu and presentation lacked imagination, food was cooked well but lacked any originality and interest. they need to look at places like Merchants guild in east bentleigh or Top Paddock in Richmond.

small menu but exceptional quality every dish. Good choice and selection of wines, friendly staff knew the didhes and I will be back again soon.
Generally very good but drink service was slow. Food really good. One meal was forgotten but they got it out quickly. Grain salad was excellent.
Very accomodating, great service and beautiful food in a quirky and comfy setting. Good range of food options for my fussy 7 and 5 year old and we also appreciated the provision of toys for my 1 year old. Highly recommend!
I love the Boot Factory - everytime I go I get great service, the staff are extremely friendly, the atmosphere is lovely and the food in Fantastic!
Such a great relaxing vibe for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee with friends. My only wish is that they have more desserts or Special of the week dessert.
