I pre booked requesting a table that could accommodate my 83 yr old mum who has a walking frame, when we arrived I was told by staff to pick any table, I expected one to be set aside, luckily we arrived early as the inside area became quite busy due to the weather. The ribs and steak sandwich where very good, the scotch fillets were quite fatty. The staff were very good and we could not complain about the service. Overall the experience was very good.

A local gem. We will recommend this restaurant and shall return. The food and drinks menu were limited but sufficient and cleverly thought out so there were several items I could order. The "drunken prawns" were outstanding. We found the atmosphere charming. A restaurant of this stature and outside the CBD or traditional restaurant haunts should be supported.

Made a short notice booking for lunch (15 minutes!) and was pleased to find they were expecting us. We were served quickly and food was great. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Would definitely return.

Pork belly highly recommended. A larger piece of Barramundi would’ve been nice along with more veggies, less potato. Overall...excellent

Great food, happy attentive staff , overall lovely place for a meal

My meal (the ribs) were fabulous but definitely on the pricey side. However I know everyone else on my table had pretty disappointing meals for the price. Menu has also reduced in size since we last came and options weren’t as good as before.

Our first visit to the Old Fig Tree Restaurant and it was absolutely wonderful. I loved the rustic atmosphere and the wood burner was really cost. The food was really delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. We will definitely go back again.

We were really surprised to discover such a great restaurant close by. The service was amazing, the atmosphere was lovely and the portion sizes were generous. The staff were very friendly which really just topped off a wonderful evening.

As always great food and service. Find noise a bit much, like it better in warmer weather when it is all open. My favourite go to restaurant

We loved our visit to The Old Fig Tree. The warmth of the fires and cosiness of the seating allowed for a lovely evening with exceptional food and service. The Beef Brisket melted in the mouth and the Sticky Fig pudding was to die for! Thank you soooo much. Have already recommended the restaurant to friends.

Just terrific. The food was delicious. Only one waiter on duty and he did a superb job of attending to all the tables. The atmosphere was nicely warm and cosy. The background music was very pleasant and at a suitable level. We both had the steak which was a bit pricey, however, the portions were large. Sadly I was too full to try the delicious looking desserts. Next time...

I booked our table but it wasn't ready when we arrived but overall very happy indeed. We were very well looked after.

The meal was excellent. I'm looking forward to our next lunch there.
