Staffs are friendly and helpful. Place are not hard to find. Will come back again..
Liked the renovated atmosphere. Getting kicked our at 90mins for hotpot dinner is not conducive to a good dining experience, and staff is inattentive otherwise. Yes I understand it is a buffet, but are we supposed to leave our unfinished food and leave like an eating competition?? Food is what one would expect for <$30/person, though presented well.
Good service, good food, good location. Will come back again!
Food was ok, mostly frozen stuff, but there is good variety. Soup for the hotpot was not bad either. Could return again if I feel hungry and want to eat a tonne. They need to refill the empty ingredients/food trays quicker.
Good food and good value for money. I just found it strange that I had to pay upon ordering, before even starting the meal. Otherwise it was okay.
Food okay but service wasn't. They were helpful enough but had no idea we would be there even though we booked. Would also be good if the service offered more instruction or recommended combinations
hot pot was nice but next time i will try ala carte
Enjoy the hot pot and selection of food. Would go back again.
Dont make customer clean shit what your staff made. If your staff made mistakes about taking orders and made wrong payment, dont make customer pay for that public surcharge and card fees again. Made my holiday mood shit. Thank you :)
Excellent sashimi and tempura. A bit disappointed in the skewers- somehow the order was overlooked and we think the dish was then rushed. Would still go back as usually our experience here is great
Food so-so, came using a voucher so ok value for money. The staff got one of our orders wrong but resolved easily.
We sat at our table for over 10 minutes and eventually we had to ask to get the menu. Service was quite slow and had to ask a few times for our order.
We had the premium all-you-can-eat weekend brunch on hot pot, sushi & a la carte. Their food were quite good.
We were watching a show across the road and decided to come here for an early dinner. You order dishes from an iPad and they deliberately when it’s ready. They have a nice variety but some dishes are pricey. They even have happy hour dishes tab which goes on until 7pm. Worth trying!
The service was quite slow, which is unusual - service has always been good in the past.
