Utopia @ Waterfall Gully

Food was FAB! We all thought the music was a bit loud and all four of us wished any music in restaurants were instrumental only so vocals didn't overpower conversation... one daughter said the music was probably for the wait staff and kitchen? Whatever, all of us love Utopia, bigtime.

Customer service was above and beyond our expectations, they were fantastic! The food was amazing presentation aswell as taste and they even catered to our dietary needs, they made something from scratch that wasn't on the menu just so our daughter had something delicious to eat for lunch. The views of the place inside and out were exceptional and very cosy. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Had a wonderful time there this morning with my partner. We both said the cherry ripe smoothie is the best we have ever had. Our waiters were most welcoming and the atmosphere was divine. Highly recommend- we will be going back soon!!

We had a wonderful breakfast this morning. The staff were super friendly, the food was excellent and the prices weren’t over the top. Will certainly visit again.

the food was amazing. the service was a little slow for a Sunday morning with hardly anyone there and not knowing if it was table service or not but over all it was great. the staff were lovely but most of all the food was the best!

I love the location which is just in front of the waterfall. Such a lovely atmosphere and nice dishes. Especially their scones are the best ever with fresh juice!! We will definitely be back!

I was with a party of 4. One of our members has a severe food allergy. The staff made us all feel very welcome and that it was not any trouble to accommodate any dietary requirements. The attention to detail "I would like a weak long black with a dash of milk" was extremely impressive. The food was prompt and presented beautifully and best of all, tasted great. It was a cold morning and we were seated close to the open fire which was appreciated. The interesting decor and ornaments reflected the heritage of the building. What a great way to finish off a pleasant walk.

Celebrated our 6yr wedding anniversary this morning & surprised my wife, amazing here as always. ALL the staff are friendly like family (the ones you do get along with anyway), exceptional food & such modest pricing considering the beautiful atmosphere & surrounds. Out of 10, I give it 11.

Utopia lived up to it's name providing a wonderful dining experience to celebrate my friend's birthday. Thanks so much for your TLC and making us feel so welcome.

Wasn’t impressed. They gave away our table booking before we got there, had to wait for them to find a table. Then waited 20 mins for 2 coffees and a further 20mins for 2 more coffees and another 20mins for a juice, THEN waited 1.5HOURS for our breakfast (for only 4 people) - the food was nice though. Terrible service, had to keep asking them to removed used glasses/plates, as the table was too small for our plates and cups. 1 waitress was nice and kept saying sorry. We weren’t acknowledged when we left

We had an outdoor table on a perfect day. The food was fabulous, the service excellent, the waiters were great and we had a great time joking with them. It was a great day reminiscing with my brothers about the times, nearly 60 years ago, when we used to live in the kiosk!

It's not our first time eating at Utopia, and again we were left super happy with the food and service (and the bonuses). Very nice people served us, the food was amazingly prepared, the new dessert was magical. Just one favor, please don't ever change the qualityof the food and service, and we'll be your customers forever!

Excellent food, great service and nice atmosphere. Will keep coming back again and again. Were there already a few times before and the quality only got better. Hopefully it won't get worse!

Really wonderful breakfast! I had great cornbread with poached eggs and pulled beef brisket, husband had the big breakfast with EVERYTHING for a really reasonable price. Great coffee, fresh orange juice.

Nice food, beautiful view of waterfall. Difficult finding a car park close to the venue, wedding happening. Good customer service. Will visit here again in the future.
