Starters are ok but main courses such as stir frys & curries lack balance of flavours. I ordered chicken with lemongrass & chilli, the dish had a ‘one chilli rating’. It was sooooo hot with chilli that I couldn’t taste anything else. The wait staff obligingly returned my meal to the kitchen & replaced it with a Chicken Slaw Salad. This is the third time that I have given this local restaurant a chance to get it right but unfortunately they just don’t seem to be able to nail good Vietnamese food.
