Woolshed Docklands is an aesthetically pleasing, picturesque and vibrant restaurant and bar right in the heart of the Harbour Esplanade in Melbourne. Relaxing over your favourite drink and taking in the Melbourne city skyline from this stylish space is one of our favourite things to do, before tucking into one of the specialty dry-aged prime steaks or fresh seafood in the restaurant. The menu is modern Australian at its best and we recommend beginning with a round of freshly shucked oysters and the chilli, ginger and garlic fried squid served with a coriander and wakame salad. Then, sample one of the succulent steaks cooked to perfection; the whole baby snapper or Gippsland lamb rack with all the trimmings.
