Food was outstanding, tables are a little squashy to get through and the service was so so. For the price you pay, you expect service to go with the great food.

Staff were very friendly our waitress Alice (Becca) always had a happy smile when she came to the table Food was excellent Will definitely be going back

The food and service was average. Also having booked a table for 6 online quite in advance was given a table opposite the open door and on requesting a different table were squeezed into a smaller table. Wouldn’t go again.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The waiters were very attentive and friendly,and no request was difficult for them to manage even on a busy day like mothers day. The live music was amazing as well it really create a relaxing and cool environment.

Food was awesome. Service was even better. It was a great Mothers Day experience. The photo out the front was very clever and a nice touch to the day to leave with printed copies for the Mother’s.

We were squashed in a corner hard to get in and out from. Staff very stressed as very busy. Music toooo loud. Not great good.

Food was average Our waitresses were good The place was quite squashy....at least 2 patrons would have accidentally kicked our chairs which was acceptable until one staff kicked the high chair as he was rushing to the other side of the restaurant, it was such a big kick that it moved the whole high chair and he kept going without apologizing and gave us dirt look as though our high chair was in his way 😡😡!! Really?! A nornsldecemt human being with say sorry let alone u are representing the restaurant you work at.

Had dinner here last night. I thought the menu was very average, very minimal. I ordered the snapper. It was ok, cooked well. Definitely not worth the price tag. Extremely overpriced meals. Would i come here again? Probably not, but glad I've now tried their food. The service from the team there was good.

I went here for dinner on Sunday night - Great space, beautiful food and excellent service. I would definitely recommend Alex and Co to my family and friends.

When I first step into the open and pleasant restaurant, I felt a bit too noise, then when we settled down, we are still able to talk smoothly without too much effort. I suppose it is due to the distance between tables. The food is better than I expected. Service staff are very friendly and professional. We had a enjoyable experience.

Alex & Co had a great atmosphere. Great service, great food options and drinks. Check in on drinks was appreciated. Would definitely go back soon. Highly recommend!

Plenty of gluten free options which was good however the service was disappointing

The menu was better before they changed it, there isn't any unique dishes. Service was good, though could of been a little more prompt with plates and cutlery.

It was my birthday but I did not make that known to staff. Enjoyed a lunch with some family members. Was my first time at the restaurant. Good food, friendly staff, see you again.

Overall a positive experience. Pizza was advertised online at $10 for the Sunday afternoon however after leaving I realised I was still charged $26 which is disappointing.

Vegetarian burger was missing ingredients. The steak was dry and the carafe cocktail we ordered tasted like it had no alcohol in it. The waiter kept hurrying us to order etc. The floor manager (atleast I think that's what she was) was nice and fixed up the vege burger for us but my poor cousin was a bit upset as it was her first night out in months as she is a new mum. We expected a bit more with regards to the food as the place looks really nice but the RSL we usually go to has similar food and cheaper.

Service wasnt up to standard had to keep asking for drinks and food. I took my daughter there for her birthday and was very disappointed.

Wonderful atmosphere and food. Great variety. Cocktails are dreamy and potent. Table staff very accommodating for our 2 sons on the Autism spectrum. Thank you

While food was nice and initial service adequate, a particular waiter made me feel rushed in ordering. They didn’t clear our plates (attracting lots of flies from open doors) for a looong time. I had to ask them to clear.

Nice venue, good friendly service. Good variety of shared plates and cocktails. Suitable for large groups and families too. Portions were spot on. Clearing of plates was a little delayed considering how attention staff were on arrival and taking orders, so we ended up leaving having dessert elsewhere.

Overpriced for the quality of the food . I would rate the food 2/5 .Price way over the top.service was good though a little rushed. We wanted to talk when first arrived and felt we didn’t have time to look at the menu.geeting at front desk was welcoming.

The place was packed with people and the tables were to close so people had to squash past to get out. Plus they brought the wrong food to our table. Food was yum once we got the correct dish
