Indian cuisine is one of the most revered cuisines around the world, and in Perth, it’s no different. Although, not only are locals just going crazy for curry, they’re also going crazy for one of the best restaurants in the city – Anghiti Indian Restaurant. Located in Heathridge, north of the city centre, this cosy and warm restaurant is packed with delicious dishes that will leave your taste buds dancing. You’ll find a range of options here, catering to meat, seafood and vegetarian foodies alike, so you can rest assured everyone will be more than catered for at this Caridean Street restaurant.
The menu at Anghiti Indian Restaurant in Perth is well, if you ask us, absolutely brilliant. With the fragrant spices of cumin, garam masala, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, chilli and ginger filling the air, it’s needless to say the dishes here and packed with flavour and spice in all the right ways. Situated in Heathridge, start things off at Anghiti Indian Restaurant by sharing some starters of tandoori paneer cooked in the tandoor clay oven and tandoor chicken wings marinated in green chilli, ginger, garlic and soy that will sufficiently get your tastebuds ready for what’s to come.
For your main, you’ll find a range of dishes at Anghiti Indian Restaurant so tempting you’ll want to try them all. We love the goat rogan josh cooked in a traditional North Indian style, their take on the popular butter chicken smothered in a delicious and rich sauce that you certainly won’t want to miss, and for something more mild, the prawn coconut cooked in fresh coconut milk, cashews and ginger makes for a delicious seafood option. Located on Caridean Street in Heathridge, just north of Perth’s centre, Anghiti Indian Restaurant a must-try!
Soooo yummy!!! Great service, very friendly and our food came really quickly. I would defiantly come here again. Their butter chicken, rogan josh and naan was so good 😊
Very good. We come frequently and very much enjoy it. The food is good and the service is awesome. The owner always is around to check everything is good and it is always good
Wow! We had been meaning to go dine at Anghiti for some time and finally got there last week. What a delightful culinary surprise it was. If it wasn't impolite to lick one's plate in public I would have! My favourite was the lamb vindaloo [to die for] and the clay pots each main was served in wereso unique indeed. Service was ever so friendly and it was cosy, with comfortable chairs, real cloth napkins too! Anghiti will definitely be our favourite North Indian cuisine restaurant, both to dine in or take away. I couldn't wait to inform my adult children about the foodie gem in Heathridge.
