A wet night. Early dinner, Service was excellent and the food (all courses) of the high standard we expected from French cuisine. We will return.
Bistro de Paris is becoming a local favourite for us. My partner loved his onion soup and the asparagus with mimosa(?) sauce was great. I would have like a steak knife with my fillet but it was tender anyway. We will definitely return! I'd recommend a table away from the door though if it is a cold night.
I have been thinking of coming here for some time and am so glad we finally made it. This is a charming bistro with a genuine French waiter. The food was lovely and the wine list interesting (all French wines). We will definitely be making this a regular dining spot.
The food we had was great. Unfortunately it was on the Sunday of a long weekend so many dishes on the menu were not available such as duck oysters and prawns. Service and atmosphere were really good. A shame so much of the menu was sold out.
