I used to love going there but the menu has changed and become like everywhere else. The change in decor has made it extremely noisy. We probably won’t go again. We were very disappointed.

Great service with busy but happy staff. Excellent food at a good price. The food was quick and arrived at the same time. Music was a little loud because the speakers were next to our table. Next time I will book a table on the other side. Overall, an excellent night.

Hi! I booked a table early this morning for 9am but staff couldn’t see my booking. Table was quite small for 5 ppl so not much room for drinks- part of our daughters Brekky took quite a while to come out along with coffees that were ordered to come out just after Brekky finished. Beautiful friendly staff as always though! 😊

We were at your cafe for a meeting this morning-the atmosphere was very pleasant. The decor was kitsch and charming. My colleague did struggle a little with a speaker that was close to our table, however, the sound wasn't overly loud-it was just in close proximity. The bacon & egg toastie I ordered was yummy and the Affogato I had was delicious-one of the best I've ever had! Great value as a breakfast special! Will come again!

Totally loved the renovated restaurant and it only took 2 weeks too do. Chicken caesar salad wonderful as not many restaurants use free-range chicken in there restaurants.

They have just reopened following a refit. It was a completely different experience from the last time we were there. The service was slow - both drinks and food. One meal only came out after most of us had finished our food, and after the wait the chips were cold and inedible! The food was nowhere near as good as last time either. We enjoyed having a good local restaurant to go to but I don’t think we will be back.

Excellent food but the service was extremely slow. I have been a regular here and always loved it. They have just reopened after renovations and it was not the same. We had a reservation and when we walked in were were left standing until a lady sitting at a table pointed into the other room and, loudly, told us our table number. We seated ourselves and waited nearly 10 minutes before being asked for our drink order. We also ordered our food at this point. There would have been maybe 4 other tables occupied yet our food took over half an hour to arrive. We were not asked if we would like another drink. The food, when it finally arrived, was excellent. Probably the best meal we've had at Blend to date. Such a shame the service was so slow. Staff were not bad or rude, they just did the basics and that was it. There is a container on the table holding napkins and cutlery. While we were eating staff came over twice and restocked our container with cutlery they were cleaning. I would think it would be more appropriate once customers have left? I will return because the food was so good. I hope the service returns to the previous standard.

Food options are the same as before renovation. Generally the food was a bit salty for all of us, especially the chili mussels. The taste was good though. The pizza bases were good and crispy, but there were not as much mushrooms on the Fungi Pizza. Wish they still had the Corn Ribs. The service and friendliness is always good.

Love this suburban restaurant, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming making it a fun place to go for yummy meal, surrounded by nice people.

We booked for my mum’s birthday (she was 92) but hadn’t told the restaurant why we were there. When they noticed the flowers and gifts they asked if it was her birthday and made a fuss of her. Then, after we’d finished lunch, unbeknown to us they brought her a cake and candle and sang happy birthday. She was touched. Thank you Blend.
