Very disappointed with the shakes (way too milky, not thick at all, miss how they used to be done) its a shame the chips have changed (skinny to thick cut) and the pork, slaw, truffle mayo burger was disappointing, expected to be pork belly with crackling but wasn't the case. Price wasn't great considering the quality of food :-( However our waitress was very lovely. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but she had nice blonde curly hair.

I watched my food sit in the window for ten minutes and watched the topping of my hotdog just melt away as my partner also had her food ten minutes before i did.

No atmosphere, fries should be included in the meal. The wine measure was definitely not a full standard measure maybe half of what it should be. The burgers were good but the chicken tenders were very dry.

Meals were served at three different times a small there were not enough staff to prepare them. Disappointing.

We were a group of 8 (in a fairly empty restaurant), and they put us at the back of the restaurant near the back doors (so far, not a problem). However, we were seated right next to the back left door and all night long anybody who came in or went out that way, swung the door into my daughters seat (as the right door was locked). The left didn't open fully (due to her seat overlapping a little bit in front of the door), people had no choice and they had to squeeze out. Staff should've unlocked the right door and locked the left door or just not done the seating in this configuration as there was plenty of room in the restaurant.

Actually it was very disappointing. It was my Son's choice for his 18th Birthday, we hadn't been for a couple of years. Although we all only ordered a main, the food came out at various stages i.e. 5 - 10 mins apart, so we had two of our side serves of chips come out first (even though we had all ordered chips) 10 mins later 4 of the 5 meals and then 10 mins later the last meal. My family are big eaters and I don't think any of us had more than a quarter of the burgers/chicken tenders. I'm afraid we won't be back.

Food was good, but the service wasn’t great. They’ve changed hands and it just isn’t the same. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.
