Unfortunately just came here because I got a voucher after having a bad meal before hand. Had gnocchi this evening and it was not cooked. Ate a few pieces and left!

Bland food and tables way too small for the amount of people they cram on to them and for the size of the plates

Staff struggled with their electronic ordering system. Leading to excessive items being ordered. Food for the main course arrived slowly over a 10min period slowing commencement. Food was on par with the chain. At checkout two staff could not process the Good Food Giftcard stating their system is fine. I used the same card at another location without issue contrary to their statements. Staff training in their ordering and payment system is lacking in the Wollongong outlet. The Darling Harbour and Parramatta branches are a much better experience.

The food was very average for the price. The garlic bread to start was dry and hard it was $10 for 3 small pieces. I had the veggie risotto which unfortunately, was bland and tasteless. For $33 it was definitely not worth it. I went for my birthday meal and was just very disappointed. The staff were lovely and helpful but it’s just very disappointing the food wasn’t up to standard

I booked it for my 60 th Birthday and I was suppose to get the Birthday Package but when we arrived there were no balloons I asked about them and was told they would sort it out but after about half hour I had to ask again There was also an opportunity to add a message which I did but it wasn’t anywhere to be seen not sure if it was suppose to be on the cake Apart from that service was quite good and staff friendly Food was quite good but husbands Veal was tuff and garlic bread very dry

Food was lovely but I would have liked to know when I booked that I would be outside

We celebrated a surprise 40th Birthday and were very happy with the service and food!

My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and our waiter and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing and the food was extraordinary! I definitely recommend for others to experience what Crinitis have to offer!!

Below average visit to Crinitis Wollongong. Food was bland (had chunks of raw garlic and missing balsamic glaze on the bruschetta), service was poor (waited 4 times to order drinks) and food was quite bland. Not worth the amount of money and won't be returning.

So much to choose from on the menu! Took me forever to decide but happy with quality and quantity

I had the booking made for my birthday. Needless to say I was very unimpressed. The food was horrible. The drinks came out at different times and I had to wait 15 minutes longer then the rest of my table for my drink. Twice. Food came out at different times too. Under staffed and over priced

The food was mediocre. On several occasions the chicken Parma has been served without sides. We confirmed last night this is not meant to be the case. The dish does come with sides included. The seating is that squished you can not get out of your chair! Along with if you’re at the end of the table where they serve you almost end up with several plates to the head. We’ve been a few times now and the experience gets collectively worse. That’s a wrap thanks Crinitis, we’re done trying!

Was good food and great service, would go there again

The staff were lovely! We did however have to wait a while for our food, but we got some complementary starters which was nice. Serving sizes are very generous (took the rest of mine home because I couldn't finish it all!)

Service and food was fantastic. Made my birthday super special with the ice cream and singing!
