Always a great experience here. It's such a great place to go with a group of people. I prefer the doncaster location to the CBD one as it is slightly less crowded. The staff were friendly and the food quality was excellent

Everything was good. Medium spicy was way too hot for us.

Atmosphere was good carpark very little and carpark terrible finding to park my car.

This was our first time trying Hot Pot. My 15 year old son encouraged a visit and I am so grateful he did! The service was outstanding (the waiter was helpful - knowing it was our first time), and the food was absolutely delicious! The extra's included in the buffet for dipping sauces, palate cleansers, condiments and ice cream made it a 5 star experience. We will be back for many return visits I am certain. Thank you!

Great food and service. Atmosphere is great too. Bit more than our budget on the food (four of us with 2 teenage girls consumed bit more than $200). But still enjoyed the food and experience. Will come back.

Love the vibe and the decor of the restaurant. Foods are fresh especially the fishball combo and thin slices of beef (presented nicely in a big bowl with pile of ice underneath to keep fresh). Not sure it is a norm thing or just for Friday night, face changing opera, balloon twisting, magic show to keep customers entertained. Will definitely go back again.

The staff service is absolutely awesome and polite. Good choice for small group of gathering.

It was our first visit here with our young family. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, from the ease of booking a table online, the quality of the food, to the very friendly and helpful service. We look forward to coming back.

My must go hot pot shop in Doncaster, food quality and service both really good

Some item were out of stock once we sit on table which was strange as we had reservations. To make order from table it was not convenient. Definitely we will think twice before we go again there.

Family of 4, ordered 4 drinks. First 2 came out after a 15 minute wait and we had to ask for the next 2. (One was a glass of wine so not hard to make!) Service was bad. We were new to the "Hot Pot" meals and it would have been nice if someone had of told us how it all works and the fact that there was a 'sauce section' that we could help ourselves to..... Now that we know what to do we 'might' be tempted to go back, only 6 prawns when you order prawns.... but most 'Hot Pot' places are all you can eat type systems which offer much better value. Overall 6/10.

Great hot pot, service was super attentive, they know it is our first time and very patiently explains where the sauces are and how to cook each dishes.
