Like last month, the Fish of the Day for February is absolutely delicious. Pan-seared Spanish Mackerel with sweet potato, pesto and sun-dried tomatoes. The flavours were an unusual combination but it really worked. The highlight was the mackerel, which was perfectly cooked and succulent. This was the same chef who cooked the fantastic swordfish last month. He is brilliant!
The "Fish of the Day" was Grilled Swordfish, a fish that is easy to overcook and end up being dry and tasteless. However, the swordfish at Dicky Beach was succulent and beautifully tasty, complemented by sweet potato fries and a lovely salad. Well done to the chef!
As always, delicious food, beach atmosphere and service with a smile!
