Amazing food and ambience as always. Got a booth seating this time, which was great! Food off the menu was as good as the ones going around on trolley. Highly recommended.

We went to Dragon Palace with my fussy folks and enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. They were quite busy when we were there but the waiting times were still reasonable.

Most enjoyable dim sum/yum cha experience to date. Great atmosphere, not too loud, good ambience, chilled experience and got good seating with corner booth. No wait time due to booking reservation. Will definitely go back again.

Overall experience was good. We went there during weekday during lunch time. It wasn't crowed but they only had two people serving customers and a manager at the counter. Waited a while for the dim sum trolleys to come to my table. Food is a bit salty (too much msg) for my taste. You can request to have your food less salt or msg.

A little disappointed with the service as it was slower than usual from walking in to getting to our supposedly booked table! One of the dishes namely the steamed prawn dumpling contained a strand of hair of which was quickly replaced when pointed out to the head waitperson which also became the fastest part of the lunch service.

So delicious! Quality seafood in the dishes. Very nice atmosphere>

Lovely meal, staff were very attentive and we loved that it wasn't really noisy. We were seated in a curtained area and it was great that we could talk.

Been to Dragon Palace a few times and the food and service was fantastic, this time the food was still fantastic but they were understaffed over the Christmas period so probably should have closed. We took friends and would never go at that time of the year again. Service was terrible, not because of the staff but they were on skeleton staff. If you can't deliver the service due to too few staff then rather close over the Christmas, New Year period. Not fair to the staff or the customers and no apology was made.

Food was fresh and delicious. Some on trolleys some brought straight from the kitchen.

We went there in particular for the crispy duck pancakes. Ordered half a duck. Very small duck indeed! The young waiter sliced the duck, he should have shredded the duck. That's how I've always had duck served before. So, consequently, there wasn't much meat to fill our pancakes. Shredded meat is a much better option. He then put the small amount of meat on a plate for us to share and proceeded to walk away with a half duck with meat still on it! I asked him for the duck, (remember, I've paid for it)! I then 'shredded' the remaining meat of the carcass and got us more meat. Rest of the dishes were just okay. Would I rush back again? Probably not! Lots of other restaurants to try.

Really love that there is a dim sum place in the northern suburbs. Food is as good as the city ones.
