Foods were amazing but there so much room to improve for customer service

It was a pleasant surprise at the Mandurah Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant. Husband wanted yum cha lunch and was happy to know Dragon Palace has a good variety of Dim Sum choices.

Great food and service. Booking process was very easy still had atmosphere mid week

Very good food, pleasant surroundings, friendly and helpful staff. Not too expensive especially for the food quality. Was sad to see so few tables occupied on a Friday evening, place like this should be heaving.

Absolutely love to come again with the family later to celebrate good fortune.

Great fresh food.Delivered nice and hot. prompt service. 6th visit and never disappointed.

We had far too long of a wait between the first course and the second course we arrived at 6.30 ordered by 6.40 first course for those that ordered arrived around 7.15pm by 7.45 the family with two starving little children were still waiting and by 8.15 they left with it a takewaway

Staff were very pleasant, helpful and the food was delicious.

We hadn't been to this restaurant before. We decided to to give it a try. We ordered half a duck for a starter, to have with pancakes, but this was confusing as there were 1, 2 and 3 option. The honey chicken and sweet and sour pork were quite greasy, Garlic beef and special rice were delicious. I would try this restaurant again, but just make better choices next time.

My order wasn't taken correctly. Entree and some mains came out all together and other items not delivered at all. They seemed to be very short on staff?

Food is very delicious and served to perfection. The staff are excellent and very helpful. Even though they were busy they were very efficient. We love the Dragon Palace.

First time ever, for my birthday dinner with my family.....It was going quite good until I got Re-served microwaved vegetables and mustard sauce used as garnish for my roast pork, because I had complained it was cold and requested for warm crisp food. Next time I will make a scene, hopefully there won’t be another unprofessional service.

The lunch time yum Cha was Absolutely delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed finally being able to get some Chicken feet on a local menu... they were Devine and we will definitely be back just for those. My husband tried then durian puffs and again absolutely lovely... thank you for an exceptional lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly be regulars

We are regular customers at the Dragon Palace - service, food and ambiance is fabulous - I can’t fault it!! Prices and serving sizes are perfect - I’d recommend to anyone visiting Mandurah -

The service there was great, the food is done especially well - I really enjoyed the BBQ pork buns as a starter. If you're looking for a good Chinese place, I recommend this place.

Great food & service but it’s a shame that you have to walk out of the restaurant to use the toilet.

Food on trolley needs to be hotter. Maybe have covers for the dishes as the steam buns, etc have over them.

Fantastic service. Wonderful atmosphere. Huge range and variety of succulent looking meals. Central location with excellent parking. However for me the taste of each selection, from the Dim Sum to the soup to the Sizzling Mongolian Beef was missing something. Perhaps I have been spoiled for choice by other restaurants. I would recommend giving it a try and then deciding for yourself.
