Booked ahead. Table not ready. Food excellent. Service very poor. Cleaned our own plates off table to make room. Looked for waiter to order more food.
Very rude staff!!! They claimed that I didn't have a reservation even after showing my booking number from Quandoo! Food is good though but owners need to train staff with better customer service skills or rehire more pleasant people
Food was cold and dried out. Prior to the all you can eat menu, the food was amazing. But now it's disgusting. As long as the all you can eat menu stays we'll NEVER go back. Avoid and save your money. Worst $60 we've ever spent.
The food was very good, and the staff very friendly. Service a little slow. Prices quite reasonable. Ambience good. Would recommend for families for sure.
Unfortunately the Robina shop had a major problem with a power failure. The staff were very apologetic with the problem, which was out of their hands.
It took a little while and prompting to have our actual meal order taken, however after that service was very good, food was very good and the atmosphere quite pleasant. Overall, very good experience.
