Lovely accommodating staff. Food was fantastic and good atmosphere. It was my sons birthday and they were lovely to bring out dessert with candles on it for him
The service was absolutely terrible. We had a group and we couldn’t order from our table as they wouldn’t split bill which we didn’t want to do anyway. They told us to order from the bar. The waitress was hopeless and the food expensive for what it was. I’ve eaten here before but last night was really bad and my group won’t go back
They've changed the jalapeno poppers. Change them back! The gringo margarita is still my fav margarita in Australia. It would be good if along with the fancy tacos they just did traditional tacos as well.
The worst service I have ever experienced and to top it off I was scoffed and laughed at for complaining about half of my tables meals coming out 20 minutes after the others with no explanation or warning from the manager. So disrespectful and immature!
It was amazing food and such great customer service. We had a wonderful time, and will most definitely keep coming back again like always. x
The food was great but we had 6 people yet were put on a table for about 12 which was huge and hard to talk to one another on. Also we had three waiters approach asking if we were ready to order which we replied we were waiting on more people to arrive. Yet once everyone had arrived we had to approach a waiter to take our order.
Great food and great service at a really reasonable price. The little tables with the deck chairs are really cute and the drink selection is huge.
We had to wait over and an hr and half for our meals and when they finally arrived the nachos were half the size they once were??! and I think I got 2 small pieces of chicken in the whole thing. Not good value for money at all.
Great cocktails. Tasty food. Service was wonderful, fast and all the girls were friendly. And the view was perfect :) writing more words is stupid
Great Service and amazing food right in front of the beach in a relaxed setting, couldn't ask for more. Loved it and definitely will be back.
Great food, great service. Price was pretty good, good selection of drinks. Will definitely go back soon. Should look at more branches throughout the Gold Coast.
