The Groove Train - Kawana Waters

I’ve been to two other branches of Groove Train but found this one to be the best so far. Nice atmosphere, great service and lovely food

It was our first visit to a groove train. Very impressed with the range on offer. The service was excellent and the food and presentation was great. We will definitely be back

Great atmosphere and comfortable booths. A little hot and music slightly loud, but we still had nice food and the coffee was very nice, could have been hotter.

Restaurant was very quiet on the night which led to what seemed to be some very bored frustrated staff all of which were extremely pushy. Within 5 minutes of being seated we were being pushed to order staff didn't seem to grasp the concept of we have not decided come back later. As far as the meals went we were very disappointed service was quick enough but all three meals lacked flavour which was very dissapointing after really positive experiences on other occasions overall not very impressed seemed like the kitchen really could not have been bothered on this night.

Lunch is affordable and food seemed good. Six of us enjoyed our time together there. The staff were friendly and efficient. Not many customers that day - a Sunday.

We had a lovely dining experience. Service was exceptional and staff very friendly. Meals didn't take very long and they were presented well, tasted great!

Good everyday restaurant. Happy hour mon-Thur 4-6 which is great. Good selection of food at good prices. Our only criticism was some of our meals were a bit cold. They were quite busy so this may have been the issue. we have eaten there before and not had any problems. Staff are really helpful.

We went for breakfast on Mother's day. It was my first time, but won't be my last. The breakfast menu was great value for money and absolutely yummy. There was five of us and everyone got something different but we all loved our meal. I went the Eggs Benedict with bacon. Service was fast and the workers were nice.

Great food and service! Enjoyable atmosphere, plenty of options to choose from on the menu. Will definitely be going to eat here again! Hoping to try the brekkie menu one time too!

We were offered a special when it wasn't available and the meat was done to perfection. Great friendly service as well. An all round good experience and evening

This is a great restaurant with large, and very tasty meals. We would definitely recommend The Groove as a restaurant to visit, amongst our friends.

Our visit was great. There were 9 of us...staff were all helpful and service was quick and friendly. Food was of a very high standard. The night was fantastic!

Very attentive staff always happy to help. Great food and reasonable prices. Have dined here several times and never had an issue. This is a regular for us.

Staff and service was good. All of our meals were lovely and the calamari was very tender. Good place for lunch. Nice and open plan restaurant.

The food was lovely but for a family of 3 it was $109 which I thought was quite expensive, as we didn't have dessert. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff

Food was great & reasonable value. Service mostly great with a little confusion that wasn't dealt with very well the only disappointment. Would visit again.

Overpriced - $22.50 for a salad which was just a bowl full of leaves and a couple of pieces of meat drenched in soy sauce. Calamari and chips - again around $23 - overpriced and distinctly average. Staff were nice though.

Excellent food and very accommodating of our needs. Would recommend for a great night out. We loved it and have been there often. We will be back

Awesome venue with very well priced food and great deals if you become a club member (which is free!). The staff are always friendly too. Would definitely recommend!

Large range of dishes. Nice food but very slow service on a quiet night. Delicious salmon daily special. Pleasant and accomodating staff. Average wine list.

Easy to book. Service was great and the food was tasty. I would recommend the Groove Train as a wonderful restaurant on the Sunshine Coast.

The calamari and prawn risotto was delicious. My husband had the parmigiana and he said that it was average and he's had better elsewhere. We'll be back to try something else off the menu :-)

Great friendly service great size meals good value for money awsome food drink service needs some attention though been twice in recent months both time's have a drink order get lost in the system apart from that very enjoyable.
