The Groove Train - Plenty Valley

Booked for a birthday lunch, No EFTPOS working (Cash Only) on a Sunday lunchtime (NO big deal for me but bad for business & Westfield/Scentre Group). Mentioned Birthday twice to two different staff members & not a single congrats. Was invited to a free meal as a Groove Train cardmember plus I brought along three other full paying customers. Not even thanks for coming along at the register on the way out the door.

Good customer service, was able to swap tables to outside was served quickly and received food quickly and the waiter was quite nice to look at soz

We had a wonderful brunch at The Groove Train Plenty Valley. Frank was very accommodating for our large group. The meals were beautiful and served with efficiency. Our group we’ll return again. Highly recommended!!

We had an issue regarding voucher and they just blantly refused to have a solution. Will never go again very disappointed the way they treated us. Especially being Mother's Day

My meal was not the usual standard. Unfortunately, my Thai Beef Salad was drowned in dressing, which made the meal soggy. My husbands Seafood CalOne and our coffees were excellent.

Popular restaurant - always busy . Service was slow. Food was OK. Staff were polite. Many tables outside for the smokers. Suits a young crowd.

We came in for our mothers group Christmas dinner and had a really lovely dinner and some amazing cocktails, thanks for having us groove train

We had drinks spilt over 2 of us, our entrees came out with the main course and 1 meal was very late out. Won't be going back to that particular restaurant.

Had Father's day breakfast here. Speedy and friendly service for the most part and a nice atmosphere. Great food. Will definitely be eating here again.

Our meals took forever to come out, other people who ordered after us had their meals before ours. I am pretty sure pancakes are a quick meal to make but took 40 mins to come out :-( Very disappointing,

Unfortunately there was not enough staff on to cater for the volume of customers & food was cold when it arrived at the table. Food was taken to wrong tables and it was just chaotic, but we have been there many times before and not experienced this!

The service and the food was great, we had family join us 2 extra people and they accomodated us very comfortably considering they were fully booked.

Despite receiving a confirmation email, they had no record of our reservation. Unsure whether error made through groove train or quandoo, but groove train were able to "fit us in". Food good, always is. Not sure is I'll use this booking service again though.

Staff were very friendly and pronto , A very delicious lunch meal was served no later than 15 mins apond arrival, great atmosphere, recommend anyone to attend

Excellent service. Did not have to wait to be seated. Food was amazing and at a very good price and didn't have to pay wait very long at all for the food to be served. Lovely crew of people there.

We had a lovely waitress who was very good. She was attentive and got all of our 7 orders correct! The food was fantastic! Would recommend!

i booked a table to celebrate our grand daughter's birthday, on Thursday,on the phone i ask to have a high chair which was there at our arrival. we ordered a starter plate we came not long after we arrived. we then ordered the main. Well we thought we shouldn't have a stater as the main was full and the taste was there too. My wife ordered seafood and she enjoyed for the first time for a long time . i definitely recommand this restaurant,may be i shouldn't not cos it will be then more difficult to book now ;) . For the record i had a Pizza (couldn't finish) and i am a big eater. My daughter loved the Marocco lamb,my son in law the the grec wrap thing can't remember,i think something grec. will go back

Great food and service. Will definitely be going there again. All our groups meals were full of flavour and very filling and the service was friendly and efficient.

Great food and atmosphere and the staff where happy and had great customer service. The food came out quiet quick qhich is always good as we were starving when we got there would defiantly go back!!

Great food and lots of it. Sometimes a bit of a wait to have your order taken but once it's taken, the food is quick to arrive.
