Groove Train - Robina

I had a lovely time with my family for my birthday lunch. Although the fish in the seafood basket had too much batter not enough fish and few prawns.

Friendly service, good food and good atmosphere. We sat in a booth which was perfect for our party of four. The food came very quickly and was delicious.

The customer Service was very attentive, and pleasant, it was in fact excellent! The premises were clean and the staff tidy. I forgot to ask for no Cream in my iced coffee and I was made a fresh one!

The staff were extremely accommodating for such a large group and the food was delivered perfectly to each person. Great value for money, recommended for any family group

Welcoming and friendly staff. Food was delicious, beautifully presented and pretty quick to come out. The menu has broad array of meals whilst also catering for vegetarian and gluten free options. Drink menu also has a variety of choices making it exciting to go back again and again. Overall a great vibes and venue to suit everyone.

Good customer service, very attentitive and the dood was good. Slightly expensive but when you go there rarely it doesnt really matter. Had a good time with friends

It was a nice spot sitting outside with the breeze and the lunch specials are a great price. However, the lunch meals weren't the nicest. The fish and chips were a very small serve. It would've been nice to have a little side salad or a few more chips for the price. The rolls on the lunch special hamburger were quite dry also.

Food excellent as always. Staff friendly and efficient. Great family restaurant..it is our restaurant of choice at Robina. Can thoroughly recommend this restaurant and it’s menu.

Pasta dishes were good.. appetizer dish was a bit of a disappointment this time, had the tasting favorites ( had it a few times was very nice ).. Staff are good.

Amazing food. The Souvlaki tasted really good. They were very accommodating of our special requests and even stored a cake in the fridge for us.

As always, it was a good spot to eat. Good food that came to the table quickly. Every one was happy with their meals. We will be back.

Stuff are Always friendly,they have great menu choices , , with the option of inside or outside seating , definitely one of my favorite eateries in robina

Enjoyable night most meals of good quality, a couple were excellent. Ambience was good, staff were friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Food brought out quickly.

Our family recently met for a reunion lunch on a Sunday afternoon, and were extremely pleased with the service and food at The Groove Train in Robina, Queensland. Every dish was presented well and was of the highest quality – all commented on this. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them – we were made to feel very welcome which enhanced the whole experience.

Food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasant, service was good (but not great). Having said that, they were fairly busy. I would recommend and will go back.

We had a party of 15 and they all enjoyed their meals & the service was very good. Would recommend this venue as it has a wide variety of cuisines so something to please everyone

Everyone was really happy with their food. The service was good. However you might consider adding some vegan dishes to the menu, not just vegetarian.

Good service, good food. Easy online booking. Only negative is you can't split the bill, have to spent a lot of time working out who owes what.

Great service and food was really nice and the price for our meal was very reasonable considering we were in a large group and had beverages as well.

Good & prompt service no pushy staff, nor were they absent when you wanted them. The menu was good value for money we will come back.

Such a variety of food choices, plenty of tables, great open-air feel location. We had a party of 7 and there was something everyone enjoyed. Both dips and bread were freshly made - and delicious. In fact we ate too much bread and dips it was almost impossible to make space for the generous sized main meals. All the food was fresh, nicely presented and the table staff helpful, prompt and discreet. Great casual venue we rated 10/10 for casual family dining. The only problem was there was absolutely no room for desert, in fact take away was the order for most of us.

Wonderful night out with my friends. The Groove Train has a great atmosphere for all types of people. The food was fantastic, coming out really quickly, and staff super friendly and helpful!

We started the evening with high hopes however our hopes were soon dashed .... Despite having a booking our party was relegated to an unreserved table that was not quite dinner ready. Once seated we were subjected to a Sergeant Major directive that individual billing would not be tolerated. The waitress appeared quite unfriendly, annoyed and frustrated that she may be required to attend to the needs of paying riff raff such as our small group. The meal orders were taken in an abrupt fashion - we were then summarily dismissed for the rest of the evening. I think I may have caught a glimpse of her Wayne Bennet smile as she turned from the table....... The meals arrived with military precision however the dough on one wood fired pizza was just warm to touch which resulted in an undercooked and saggy pizza base combined with fillings that were lacking in both taste and quantity. Sadly both servings of the Salt and Pepper Calamari was also undercooked albeit they were very tasty and fresh. The remainder of the meals were of a satisfactory standard. Overall this dining experience @Robina Groove Train was not so Groovy and we left the premises feeling perplexed. Perhaps management may want to rename their Robina establishment ," Food with Attitude"

We had dinner for 8 adults and we had Amazing Woodfired Pizza's that were so yummy and so reasonable in price. Great service too :)

Good food, fast and friendly service! There is plenty on the menu to choose from so there is something for everyone. A easy and relaxed night out

Food and service excellent. As a Groove Club member I got a $25 discount for my birthday. Club is free to join too. Very happy, will go again.

Friendly and efficient service from arrival to departure. All drinks and meals delivered promptly and heartily enjoyed - all plates empty and all stomachs full!! Appreciated staff member taking a photo so we could all be in it. We'll be back. :)

Great food, excellent service with pleasant smiling staff, and great value for money. Would recommend The Groove Train to all our friends wanting to celebrate a special occasion with your special birthday offers.

Food was good and atmosphere but service was lacking. Wait staff were flighty and kept walking away before we had the chance to ask anything. Not once were we offered more drinks, water or anything else.

Excellent food and atmosphere and the staff were really lovely! I had my meal for free because it was my birthday. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was guests not being able to pay separately. Will definitely go again.

food was good and staff was efficient Only problem encountered was when we got there and told them we have a booking, they had no record of it

Service was okay. Quite quick. Food okay too. They don't split bills which we didn't need but they made sure quite rudely that we were aware of that fact. A hello and welcome would have gone a long way instead.

Friendly service and meals were delivered very promptly. The restaurant called me during the day to ask if our seating preference was indoors or outdoors and recommended an indoor table as the weather was quite cool. Staff were attentive throughout the evening.

The service was fantastic and really efficient. And the food was absolutely delicious unfortunately we couldn't finish it as it was to filling to say the least.
