Infinite Wasabi Southbank is where to go if you're looking for high quality sushi and other Japanese delights. This informal restaurant on Riverside Quay continues Melbourne's lover affair with Japan's cuisine. And don't worry – unlike the name suggests, this Japanese restaurant goes easy on the wasabi. In fact, the menu at Infinite Wasabi is stuffed with subtle flavours stretching from grilled eggplant salads and gyoza dumplings filled with quinoa to fried octopus balls with a spicy tonkatsu sauce. There's also a huge sushi selection if you're a sucker for seafood. Check out the flame-seared salmon nigiri or the massive Infinity Platter for a satisfying and healthy feast.
Great food. Excellent service. Really happy to have found a quality Japanese restaurant in the city that wont break the bank. Well done Infinite Wasabi. The could even accomodate our vegan daughter..
Great food, lots of choices. A bit out of the way but once you find it you will be very happy with making the effort
Great food , fresh with good variety. Excellent service. Location is off the main walkway but conveniently tucked away and nearby. Highly recommend for a casual night out with amazing food.
