Good as usual but bumped into the owner recently and sad to hear that she’s sold off the business and returning to KL.
Heard they were resuming their alacarte menu so we booked for lunch. We like the ayam Berlado, mee Goreng and Nasi Goreng kampung.
first of all it's ok nothing special, 2 kind chicken dishes which it's from wings cuts (cheap cuts) 3 kind veggies, scrambled eggs, 1 sambal cuttle fish, that's all what the serve and eat all u can! well how much u can eat and if u big eater not varieties eater it's good place but again ask yourself u can get 3 meat dishes with veggies at normal food court for that price and varieties. the sambal so spicy till I got stomach ache. well makan makan have buffet for 16$+
Very small would've been better if it was both menu and all you can eat menu.
Eat all you can $10 lunch buffet! Great value, and the food is great. Need to come early as it gets crowded. Will be back!
I was recommended to this restuarant by someone who has been many times and thought it must be good. The first thing was i tried to ring them, both online and via their brochure and both were disconnected. Second we arrived at restuarant to find it totally bare, not one person there and not one phone call in the 2 hrs we remained. This should have been an indication of not freshly made food. The staff just left us to ourselves and laughed and carried on in the kitchen which was heard throughout. When we went to order we asked for a couple of things on entree menu and were told that they were not available. Next we ordered the fish curry and chicken rendang as well as the satay sticks with rice cake. The satay sticks were good but the rice cake was not a rice cake and like a rock. The fish curry was supposed to be barramundi and instead was a boned piece full of bones and the curry was watery. The eggplant was uncooked and tough and okra was fine in this dish. The chicken rendang was tasty but not rendang rather a sauce . Very disappointing and will not be returning
Returned for the lunch special - extra spicy mee Goreng. Yummy as always
Friendly service, good value due to big portion at convenient location
It was a pleasant surprise! They were closed for a private gathering but we got invited to join the party. Felt touched by the lady boss gracious hospitality.
This is our local neighbourhood gem! Good food at reasonable prices. Check out the desserts.
Always big portion for menu items and friendly staff there
I will definitely go back again to try other dishes.
Great value Nasi lemak and curry puffs during weekends is great!
Owner-chef is back in the kitchen and sauce is now spicier than before.
Ayam masak lemak cili padi curry gravy on the rice is divine!
Fantastic meals and very reasonably priced. Specials for linch is value for money!
Ayam and ikan berlado is crispy and spicy, generous portion.
Good food at reasonable prices. Small, simple cafe that serves a wide range of Malaysian food. It’s unfortunate that not many people know of it so the shop often looks deserted.
This is a great Malaysian cafe serving delicious home style food. It is located along orrong road just before graham farmer freeway. We have eaten here a few times but first time using quandoo to book it.
