Value for money, fast service, look forward to the next visit

Quality of food has gone down since last visit in late October, everyone in our group said the steak sandwich were crap, compared to last time and my so called Spanish paella did not live up to expectations of a true version so overall I would rate last Sundays visit as a generous 4.5 out of 10. Not only that one of your young male waiters was constantly sneezing over plates he was about to serve to customers, a bit average considering the turnover that you do. PEOPLE UP YOUR GAME!! Unfortunately this Christmas Day visit was not pleasant. It was extremely overcrowded. They had tried to do two sittings and the first sitting hadn't finished when the second sitting had arrived the food was like warm the vegies were overcooked & mushy and the queues to get the food were ridiculous.

Lots of choice on the menu. Delicious food, quick service. A little pricey but ok for a special occasion.

All of our party enjoyed our meals and very much liked your restaurant. It was noisy but that cannot be helped with so many people enjoying themselves.

We went up to order and 2 head staff members thought it was appropriate to be discussing another staff domestic situation while the queue was getting longer. I feel this type of gossip is better left for break time and concentrate on customer service not gossiping while customers are waiting to place an order

Please with the food and service. The only disappointment was the length of time waiting to buy drinks, there wasn’t enough bar staff.

It was the first time since name change but we did go before when called The Last Drop. Service and quality of food were outstanding, very prompt and efficient. Would highly recommend friends to come there.

For a Wednesday night it was a full house. Crowded but not too noisy. Had to queue for drinks but not too long a wait. There were 4 of us and we all enjoyed our meal. I had the Beef Cheeks with Truffle mash and Broccolini. It was delicious except the Broccolini was a bit undercooked so it was hard to cut through the stems and chomp on. Apart from that which is minor on such a busy night. Excellent would recommend.

Great service and very generous servings. Unfortunately my steak was not very tender and hard to eat but most of our party were happy with their meals.

Asked for a lemon squash, just to get started, plus I’m driving. The bar staff member asked if I wanted the alcoholic type or non alcoholic type. Great to be asked, wasn’t aware there was an alcoholic version. Glad he didn’t just assume I wanted one or the other.

The place was almost full but our meals were brought out in just a few minutes. Fantastic!

As always the food was great and the staff were very friendly.

The meal Garlic Prawns - The prawns weren't cooked 100% to liking. All staff very polite.

Fantastic meal in courtyard. Loved the mist it cooked us down. Food was out super quick.

Meal was lovely. Steak sandwich lived up to its winning reputation. It was very hot day and AC units not on as"not working and besides the ducted air cooler is on." Not enough for a busy full venue.

Lovely staff and food was excellent. Bit difficult to hear across the table. I was glad we were in A/C restaurant as it was warm outside. An enjoyable experience.

Bit disappointed with the calamari and salad - $32 was a little expensive for what it was.

Had family over from the u/k and they really enjoyed there meal

Booked for a table of 6 inside and there was nothing available inside so we were put outside which is not what we wanted

Prompt and friendly service. Food was well presented and portioned. We enjoyed the Trava steak sandwich and the $7.90 beer was light and refreshing.

Food out nice and fast, great size serves delicious. Loved the meat raffle that was don on a Thursday night.
