It was not nearly as good as instagram made it out to be, it was so noisy in there and the food as kinda crap

Food was brilliant but the staff not so much. Lacked customer service and we literally had to drag a waitress to our table to get service. I cleared our own glasses from the table too. Customer service was extremely lacking.

Didn’t have to wait too long, staff gave us a good amount of time to look at the menu etc they were really friendly and helpful ! Food was amazing 👌

Went for lunch as soon abs it opened, staff were pleasant, food was amazing, my only complaint is they need to update their menu as actually prices do not reflect what the menu states. Overall great experience

Milky Lane is absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and constantly check up to see if everything is okay. Amazing fast service and food time, and absolutely delicious. Would 100% go there again.

We really wanted to like this place since we use to go to Brooklyn religiously for our weekly cheat meal. But since Brooklyn went under new ownership it has turned to shit. We tried Milky Lane burgers plus a heap of sides and was quite disappointed. Especially for price as well. Could possibly be just an off night though. Plus I didn’t really appreciate being put right next to the kitchen and bar door where waiters were walking. Especially when we booked a table and there were at least a dozen tables empty. Staff were lovely though!

Lovely customer service. Food tasted good. But we where watching girl make a shake. Touching base he doing with zero gloves. Touching all of it with zero gloves. The. WIPE HER HAND IN HER HAIR. Our stomach flipped and was sooo gross. We will never come again cuz we think the kitchen have no gloves . BUT we enjoyed our frost times

Serves and all staff are amazing. Seating seemed to be a little close to each other/ cramped. Food was amazing but maybe have all burgers come with a small serving of chips rather then ad ons Thanks

The food was FABULOUS! didn't take all that long to get to us (there were 6 at our table) but it was so delicious. We all had the Chick-Kanye and highly recommend it. The noise levels were a little high as the waitress couldn't always hear us but we will definitely go back.

The cocktails were mean ! But pretty bad customer service, got ignored twice.

Overall the food was average. The level of hygiene of the staff was questionable (witnessed bartender wipe down the side of a drink with a dirty dish cloth).

Food and staff were fantastic, due to being busy they seemed slightly flustered, our meals didn't come out together.
