We had an excellent experience at Monster BBQ and Chicken today. Personalised service with the chilly being taken out of some dishes as one persona in our group couldn't eat spicy food. The food was delicious, just the right amount and the service was faultless. My relatives had visited from the country especially to try Korean BBQ and they weren't disappointed. Will recommend and go again.

The service was above average. The food came out in minutes, and the staff was helpful and responded quickly. It is a reasonable price as we came in a group. I will come back for more

Fried chicken and Tteokbokki are delicious, crispy flavorful and satisfying. The cheese sticks perfectly crispy and mouthwatering. On top of that, the customer service is friendly and efficient. Will be back.

Restaurant is family friendly, variety in set menu is good but could include more than just pork or beef. Quality of meat is ok and along with the sides we picked, the meal was very filling. Highlight was the seafood pancake and pork kimchi stew.

We are a party of five after seeing it recommended on Quandoo. Initially, we were hesitant because of a negative Google review from just two days ago, but we were pleasantly surprised by our experience! The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring we were well taken care of throughout the meal. The portions were generous, the prices were fair, and the food quality did not disappoint. However, we did find the menu a bit confusing—it was hard to differentiate between some of the set options. While my partner and I brought my Caucasian parents along to introduce them to Korean BBQ-style dining, the pace of service was a bit too fast for a more relaxed dining experience. Slowing down the service slightly would have allowed us to savour and enjoy each dish more fully. Despite this, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we plan to return.

The food was average but too expensive for a local restaurant. The staffs seem uninterested and were slow to response when we needed assistance. They didn’t attend to us as they should have. It felt like we were forgotten. I won’t be coming back.

Experience would have been enhanced if families are asked if they would like assistance to cook the meats. Difficult to try and enjoy the meal, making sure the kids don’t burn themselves and cooking the meats.
