Had to wait to get served and it wasn't particularly busy.Tacos were better,this time as there was actually something in them whereas they were light on last time.We thought we would give the restaurant another try because we enjoy Mex food.

Only one other table when we arrived but food took over an hour which is not great with two small kids.

Both meals incorrect, not a great experience not up to the standard of the old location in Hastings street

The children's meals and drinks had to be re-ordered as they had been forgotten so that adults meals were delivered way before the children's meals. The margaritas were very overpriced at $18 for 150ml. The food was not very good.

I thought the dips were a bit bland. My main had so much rice and the rice did not have much flavour. I had booked a table but when we turned up we were made to wait but saw people who had not booked getting seated. Very disappointing as we had visited the Gold Coast restaurant and their food was amazing

Food was very average. Service was worse. Adults got meals 30mins before kids. No one came to ask if we wanted more drinks.

Great tasting food ,very filling could not finish ,but really enjoyed my lunch ,only criticism was the beer was not cold,staff were great.

The food was good but the service was poor. After our order was taken there was no service at all. We had to ask a waiter that was passing by for a second drink order. When we finished we wanted to order more drinks and desert but all service staff seemed to avoid our table. Won't go back.

We really enjoyed our night out at Montzuma. A margarita cocktail set the theme and three delicious courses finished off with churros and Mexican date cake. We will certainly be coming back!

Usually a really great place to go and eat. Tonight service was incredibly slow but no one seemed to want to acknowledge it. No apology just a really long wait. By the time our meals arrived we had eaten a dip and weren’t really hungry anymore so much of it was wasted. They really seemed to struggle with being busy tonight. The waitresses were lovely and pleasant. Will try again out of holiday time and see how it goes...

Good food. Very busy and long wait times during holiday periods. Need to get there before 7pm or just before 8:30pm (when they close) otherwise, long wait ahead

Excellent service from Daniel, great food and environment with live Friday night music. I recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will be back for another meal. Kid friendly too.

We booked 7:30pm 3 Jan 2019. The restaurant has a good ambiance with friendly staff. Noosa Junction is busy so it is great that you can park underneath in the IGA carpark. I started with a Pina Colada Cocktail, which was very nice but a little pricey. I had the full size pulled pork nachos as they had run out of chicken. A bit disappointing as we were not dining that late. The pork was a bit tasteless but otherwise the meal was okay. If you love the guacamole and sour cream I suggest ordering side serves and there is not alot on the nachos. My husband had the chicken burrito. He enjoyed it but said that it had too much rice and the chicken was very dry as there was no burrito sauce. Meals were very generous portions and fairly priced.

Great pl.ace, good service staff very friendly and food good. Used voucher which was credited with a smile. Kids loved it, and very ample servings.

Service was good and attentive. Food was tasty, but having eaten at most of the Montezuma’s chain, it wasn’t as good as the rest. Restaurant was very hot (didn’t seem to be a/c running) - we asked to move, which they were very obliging with, but only improved the situation slightly. A little disappointing for what is usually a good value chain.

Service was some what to be desired, no toilets, first drinks took half an hour, good was good, service was crap, next time I'll try another Mexican restaurant

They are very accommodating of vegetarian and vegan customers, and the customer service was very good as well as kind staff. Great overall atmosphere in the restaurant too.

Really good vegan/vegetarian options and amazing food, however 1/4 of us got severe food poisoning from the beef nachos. Reasonably priced and comfortable atmosphere (also the staff were very friendly and welcoming).

Amazing customer service and very accommodating staff. Went out of their way to ensure all our (large) groups needs were met. I would highly recomend!

Wonderful atmosphere and customer service along with an amazing meal. Great for kids as well as adults and the sangrias went down nicely. We will be back again to Noosa Juntion.

It was the worst meal we have at montezumas. There were 7 of us any only one liked there meal. Very disappointed and we won’t be back

Lovely staff , food pretty average , all entrees and main courses servered with a crusty top, also might be an idea to block side entrance as all supermarket shoppers walking straight through restaurant

Eight of us dined at Montezumas, Noosa Junction on a Saturday night. The night started off well with the owner introducing herself soon after we were seated, explaining the specials and regular menu choices. We then however were disappointed to have to wait a considerable time for our first drinks and then meals. The restaurant was very busy but the length of the wait was disappointing. On a brighter note we all enjoyed our meals, being fresh, flavoursome and quite generous in size. The restaurant has a nice ambiance about it and staff are friendly. We would be happy to dine here again.

Owner took our order and forgot to put it into the register, and left. We sat for an hour until we informed staff that we hadn’t received our food, but large tables that ordered after us had. After that they asked to take our order, but it could take another 15 minute to come, we left the restaurant without having dinner.

We waited over an hour for our food and once it arrived it was barely warm. Service wasn’t great. We ate and left straight away

We had a party of 9 on a Saturday night, with adults and little kids. Great food, lovely staff . Catered for our big party with our varying needs with minimal fuss. Good night had by all.

We had a great night! The food was great and the staff were friendly however run off their feet. An extra staff member on would have given staff the time to be service their customers better.
