Great italian food. Quality produce, cosy atmosphere. Would definitely return!

Get average, there was one lovely waiter and waitress the rest of the staff was a little rude mainly the girl taking food payment

Overall everyone enjoyed their foods except for the fetuccini with beef ragu, which was rather bland and didn't have that richness, rustic and meaty from a good Italian ragu.

Quite displeased about our experience at Mozzarella bar, our night started off by our pre-booked table being taken. They made alterations and moved us onto a larger table which was great but asked if they could move us again for a larger group which we kindly obliged. It got worse when waiting for our mains which took close to an hour to arrive on a fairly average night, and was unpleasant to see that the table we moved for had received their food before us and already paid the bill before ours arrived. We brought this to the attention of the restaurant manager upon paying and he had absolutely no care about the matter, his response was "busy night" whilst holding out the efpos machine and wanting us to move on. I've never seen such disregard and lack of customer service at an Italian restaurant till now.

pasta with meatball was okay, but pizza was burnt not tasted good.

The food is great with lots of flavour. I had Polenta Chips and a pizza (wood fired).

We are a patient group and were enjoying celebrating a birthday but were disappointed with the really quite unacceptable long wait for food. Some dishes were great others very bland. Wait staff were lovely. No offers of discount at departure.

Food was good, as expected BUT we waited for an hour for our main meal.

Confused service! Took us 1 hour to get our meal while other tables around us were getting food even tho they weren’t there for as long as us! Over cooked beef ragu and doughy pizza...

Overall it was great our favourite place to Wine & Dine - best Pizzas

Our waiter was attentive but the wait for food was unacceptable really....we placed our order and had to wait at least 45 mins for our meals which were also NOT delivered at the same time. When we arrived we were the third table (small tables). Food was fair-good/average prices.

Was really nice food, just found that we had to ask for the dessert menu after waiting almost 30mins after our plates had been cleared.

It was our first time to this venue, but we will definitely return. The food was great, the portions were generous and the service was excellent.

Beautiful, simple traditional style pizza & pasta. Wait staff were attentive and polite. Definitely a hidden gem on the west side of the Westgate Bridge.

Pizza was great, pasta was delicious and friendly attentive service was impeccable. The wine list is limited but we drank a very smooth Chianti. The kids loved their pastas too. We sat in the rear of the resturant the acoustics were not the best.
