Was a great night. Kids ate all their food which is a win on its own

Great service very helpful and super friendly Good meal chips need minor improvement otherwise a perfect meal. Chips needed to be cooked slightly longer and more seasoning. But I’m a major chip fan. Very generous serving Thanks

Arrived early for a 6pm booking for two but no probs as seated straight away. Ordered drinks, delivery took a bit longer than expected but beer was nice and cold. Both burgers were really good although too generous with chips as a lot left over. We'll be back.

Great food and the most amazing friendly staff. This place is definitely the place to go for a fun night out with friends and family

The service was great, our food and drinks were served on time. However, chips wasn’t anything to brag about. Catered more for the kids and not enough sauce on the steak.

We had a lovely experience at New York NewYork last night, the device was efficient and friendly and the food was tasty, hot with good portion sizes, so much so that we have enough for our lunch today

Great food quick wait time great service kid friendly play ground is perfect for our 2 kids. Live music was also great. A lovely stress free place to take the kids

Food and service was great but we were sat right near the playground so it was very noisy and it overshadowed the live music which we had gone to see.

Everything was amazing. Our group consisted of 6 kids and 6 adults, we all enjoyed our meals and the kids were content throughout the meal in the play area, great evening 🙂

Great entertainment enough the local talent. Food was awesome and service was great. Terrific kids meals specials too so that helped make the overall experience even better. Bonus play ground for the twins so they didn’t get bored and whinge to leave lol

Drinks took 20mins after ordering to arrive at the table, burgers looked good, but not much taste, chips and meat was cold in the burger, seemed to be sitting on the counter a while befor arriving at my table..

Found it busy but that's good, The main order was very quick coming out which was good, Had to wait for drinks which came out after mains but that's fine. The food was great as was the service. Happy, thank you

Huge huge servings!! delicious food!!! There were 18 of us and the food came out quicker than I was expecting so we were all very happy. Will definitely be back!

Good food, friendly staff, best ribs we have had in a long time... need to try more on the menu so coming back one day soon

Very very disappointing first impression. I was excited to attend your venue for the AFL grand final as you had a kid friendly venue and you advertised on Facebook $5 pints. I was first disappointed that the $5 special was a error on Facebook and you would NOT honor it as you did not have enough kegs, only on bottled beer. Then you are not showing the final because you didn't realise fox footy have the rights to it only channel 7. Poor handling by the manager as well I understand not his fault but not ever coming around to talk to his partons to advised what was happening was not good customer service. He was more worried about it coming back on him. was looking forward to the food but I will not be coming back again.

The service people were very attentive and I would score them 5. Unfortunately the food wasn't great. My burger was overcooked and dry. My husband ordered a medium rare steak but got medium to well done. My daughter and fiance had a giant share plate. The ribs and chicken wings were good but the chicken piece was dry. They were supposed to get a aioli sauce and mint yogurt with it, but didn't. The prices are also quite expensive so I might not go back.

Every dish was literally amazing. Not one fault at all and every single staff member we spoke to was beautifully mannered. We will be coming back regularly. Chefs you are all amazing! 10/10. The kids also loved the tidy playground

We have been in twice now and both times have had excellent service and great food, the portions are giant and the prices reasonable. We'll be back again :)

Service was great. The servings are huge and the food was delicious. Not a bad word to say about our dining experience. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Food was ok Kentucky burger but a little bit too spicy. The portions are massive couldn’t eat it all maybe could offer smaller plate size. Staff we’re excellent and prices good

Our waiter was gorgeous and very helpful. The entertainment was good too. What let you down unfortunately was the food. We ordered a slider meal and the (pink) slaw on the side was so spicy and it ran into the bread of the sliders which absorbed it so couldn’t eat them. The bruschetta has changed and the raw chunky tomato is not to my liking, looked gorgeous but lacked taste.

Amazing food, amazing experience, was a little tight as we where on a table that everyone was walking past to get to the toilet and people kept bumping into the table but that isn’t New York New York’s fault

Cannot fault this place thier pizzas are the best in perth and the staff are always so friendly. Been a few times now and always enjoy

Was really disappointed this time a new chef has come in and taken things off the menu had been looking forward all day to sweet bbq pork ribs but they been taken off and replaced with jack daniels ribs ewww cant stand JD..... they on their 3rd chef now in 12 months😥😥😥😥

Lovely quick service. Great staff. kid friendly atmosphere it there has been great every time. You can see the children get to enjoy as well.

The food was hit and miss, whilst my burger was great the steak sandwich was below average. The other issue was the screaming kids from the playground. I understand the playground is great for parents with kids but for those wanting to have a conversation it was terrible. They need to look at closing it off in someway so it’s enjoyable for all and not just an option for parents who don’t want to supervise their children.

Amazing food. Massive serves. Rather than buying individual next time we'll probably just share. The playground is a fantastic place for the kids. Having a face painter there was a great idea too.

What a great night! The kids loved their meals and th playground; all other meals were great as was the service. Head in this month and give the food challenge a go!

Really lovely food and restaurant but staff could have been friendlier. Our male waiter was very friendly but unfortunately not the female ones. Just got the impression they didn’t want to be at work even though the restaurant had only opened half an hour before we arrived

Very good food, good service, friendly staff. Only 1 small problem which was live singer was a little loud and we had to shout across the table to have a conversation.

Great selection of meals and great atmosphere . We loved having Fathers Day dinner there. My boys enjoyed hotdogs, steak and I lived my pizza 🍕

My partner & I ordered burgers and they were amazing! so filling and huge. My grandma ordered the fish of the day & was very impressed with her meal (she’s usually very picky) My mother inlaw ordered the steak sandwhich and enjoyed her meal also. We also ordered 3 Kids meals that were very decent sizes, and kids loved them also. Sweet potato chips were a hit too ☺️ we will definitely come back again. Thankyou New York New York for an awesome first time experience 👌🏽

Terrific pizzas and nice atmosphere. Great choice on the menu and nice to see something different. Wait staff were attentive and friendly. Will definitely be back!

Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Food was nice but could have been hotter! The music was loud but good. There was a great family atmosphere, I wouldn’t go for an intimate dinner.

Fantastic, good food and excellent service. A good choice on the menu and reasonable prices. Children friendly and a big play area for them. Specials on the drinks

Ribs were drowning in overpowering sauce. Ribs on top of the chips meant chips drenched in overpowering sauce. Coleslaw so-so and tasting plate loaded with fat. All that grease sitting uncomfortably in my stomach an hour later. Guy at the counter seemed interested in the feedback, but very wary about going back once they've "ironed out the kinks". That kind of food, both quality and cooking, seems difficult to come back from.

7pm reservation on a Saturday night. The restaurant was jam packed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Orders were taken and we were surprised how quickly our meal was prepared. The meal was super tasty and well presented. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We were done and on our way home by 8pm. Super happy

I was very impressed with the staff they were friendly prompt and observant whilest not in anyway making our visit uncomfortable they did a great job and the food was top notch. All meals were good quality food plenty of it and very tasty. Only thing was some of the chairs were quite dangerous to sit on. If you lent back too far you might fall backwards. Chairs not people friendly. But the kids loved the playground and we went on a Monday kids eat free. Great incentive for family’s. The menu saw great I will be heading back again too try some of the other meals. The NY beer was very tasty I recommend it for any beer lover. I fed a family of 5 for $82.50 3 adults 2 kids with drinks. Loved the experience and I’ll be going back.
