Took a really long time to be seated, people who came in after us were seated first. Also took a long time to be served again others being served before us who came in after. Also also of things out of stock.

The service was fast and efficient, as well as friendly. Our table was quickly switched for a better location when we requested it. However, the biggest problem was the noise - the venue was incredibly noisy. We struggled to hear the server, the server struggled to hear us. The music was too loud and when our elderly friends joined us, we all discussed leaving as it was really an effort to hear and be heard. The food and service were great but the noise levels were extremely off-putting.

Coffee was cold. Service was good. Fruit toast was cold

A lovely cafe in a great location. We made a 11 booking on a Tuesday and it was a nice quiet time to get brunch.

The staff were amazing. It was a busy Saturday morning/afternoon, but they were really friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived early for our reservation, but were happy to seat us, even though it was busy and there were under no obligation to do so. A really positive dining experience made better by the attitude of the staff- thank you!
