Waited very long for Food, service was not that bad

Amazing service atmosphere and that view !! Magic. Always a great time.

We had a very enjoyable evening a lovely vibe with music and excellent fish of the day.

Fabulous pork belly slaw, beetroot cured salmon delish as were the tasting boards . Great location and prices reasonable

Friendly staff. Initial service when ordering drinks prompt but after drinks slow to take food order. Food slow from kitchen but restaurant very busy on Sunday afternoon. Everyone happy with their food. Would go back.

We booked at table and arrived on time, we were told we needed to open a tab if we wanted table service so we did. We then waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order, and the only reason it was taken was because I chased down a waitress. She was very polite however she had no idea we were waiting to have our order taken. After we ordered the food took about half an hour to come out, by which time everyone one had finished their coffee, so we asked for if we could place another drinks order. The waitress said yes and then ran away while we were telling her our order for coffee. She came back with the last plate and took the drinks order. Luckily the drinks came out before we finished eating. There was 2 mushroom bruschetta, both recipients said it lacked seasoning and was unimpressive which was disappointing. I ordered avo on toast with dukkah which was fine. Not sure if you were understaffed that day but we were there from 9:30am until 12:00. Our plates were cleared at 11:30 we finished eating around 10:45.

Food and service from wait staff was good but 45minute wait for our starters and then all our food came out at once....we were then charged full price for 3 childrens mocktails.....same price as the cocktails

We just love Oceans 27. Casual dining at its best. The views and sunset are stunning. Cocktails are fabulous. We had the sharing plates and the food was delicious. Only complaint the main course came out when we still had our entrees. The waitress just put it down even though we said it was not ok as we are still eating our entree. Small problem in ther scheme of things. Will need back.

Food was wonderful, rib eye and Caesar salad. The setting is phenomenal and we had a lovely sunset. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too hard. We're looking forward to going again.

Location was lovely, wait staff friendly and helpful, there was a singer that was ok but was very loud so the 6 of us struggled to hear each other. Is the only criticism, but live music is pretty cool.

Food great & came out in good time, fantastic views and atmosphere, the service needs to be more attentive eg: not offered water at the table, we needed to ask, table not set with cutlery/napkins, it was a bit confusing as to where to order meals/drinks for us first timers, but overall a lovely experience, thanks

Great venue, this was my second visit to Oceans 27. The view and the sunsets are beautiful, the food was delicious and the service fast and efficient. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to others and will visit again.

Ecexllent service great venue had a lovely time the staff were friendly and efficient. Asked to change tables and was accommodated with out any hassle would go back again

Location great. Service absolutely terrible. Food....ok. Booked Valentines Day dinner..set menu. Arrived ...no designated table for booking. Glass of champagne on arrival...that arrived after entrees had been and gone. Try to get a drink...no waiter. Saw manager to get a bottle of wine...wine delivered, plonked on table, not opened and that was that. No salt or pepper. Main course...steaks...mine was blue to rare at best after ordering medium. Same with wife's steak. Had a chat to manager...all excuses and really no solutions. Dessert gets delivered with our mains still in front of us...and they didn't even take the main plates away.. Compensation of a shit evening...absolutely nothing even after manager saying he'd sort it out. Really wish they could get it right but I'm not holding my breath.

Great view, Food good, quite pricey though. Main concern was that there is only 1 ladies toilet which was also used for baby changing so rather smelly with a dirty nappy bin!! No one had been in to clean and no paper towels!!

Great food great service recommended to anyone looking for a seaside location. The steak was cooked perfect and very tender. Bar service pretty good also

Amazing food, great views just wish they had the frose drinks all the time! They are the bomb! Brisket bao buns are so good 😍
