Always a great experience. The food is fantastic and when washed down with some warmed sake.....wooo ha!

Chelsea Heights Okami is the best out of the 4 I have been to.

Lovely staff, easy to order, quick service, went to 5.30pm session so it was quieter.

The staff were clearly very overwhelmed with the amount of customers in relation to how many staff were on this evening. They became annoyed with answering and made it obvious to ignore our table. The food took longer than usual to come out and many dishes that came out were incorrect. There as one male staff who became agitated by answering our table needs. It was a very disappointing first visits to this Okami store.

The food was amazing. But the serves was incredible slow, food took a very long time to arrive. We got other people meals.

We went to Okami for the first time & really enjoyed our night. The food was lovely & fresh - favourite was the wagu beef carpaccio. Our waitress was a lovely, friendly young lady & was very helpful with her suggestions. Wine selection a little disappointing…yellow or asti Spumante for the sparkling 😵‍💫🫣 Would go again

Service and food both were disappointing compared to last time we were there. I won’t go back.

Great food Please provide us with plates so we can put the food onto a plate We had to ask for plates Also can we get the dumplings served first please ? Our rice came first when we thought it should have come after the other food Also why do you not serve icecream in scoops in bowls ? That would look more elegant Than in a paper container

Service was terrible tonight, we have been many time and loved it. We had to ask 4 times for a fork for our daughters, in the end we got up and got them ourselves. We ordered items that never showed up, we asked what happened and they said there were never ordered. Others around us were complaining. I am hoping it was just a bad night because we do enjoy coming here.

Amazing! Food was terrific, service with a smile and nothing was too hard. We two 7 month olds and a 5 year old and they were very accommodating. Ate so much food too!!

The food was good. Satisfied. However it could be faster serve

Not only were the serving sizes tiny, but my friend accidentally dropped her glass, and no one came to help us and there was shattered glass on the floor! What’s WORSE is none of the staff acted like they saw it, and yet on our bill charged up for a “broken glass fee”. I was shocked, someone could have been hurt by the smashed glass and none of the staff came to see if we were okay.

Great venue and very tasty fresh food staff can be a little slow to take orders but you will not leave feeling hungry

I do like the flip card on the table for service, however there were still times it took a while to get plates cleared and orders taken.

We love going to Okami restaurants and the food and value are excellent. My brother and sister-in-law joined us this time and they also thoroughly enjoyed it saying they too will be back. Thank you 😊

The food is always delicious, if it comes out that is. We were a party of 7 and my youngest son did no receive his meal. it was a simple and plain order. Chicken katsu withholding the sauce and steamed rice. It became very upsetting for our son, so we left. We won't be returning to Chelsea Heights Okami and will stick to Cranbourne. Very disappointing. The service was awful.

we love it here and the kids can experience lots of different foods. The atmosphere can be a bit cold, but the food is fantastic and service is generally pretty quick.
