Still my favourite for a quick meal out. So many options, we always leave feeling full & content.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic local find! We first discovered Okami at their Albury restaurant and absolutely loved the experience — so we were thrilled to find one right here in Traralgon! From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was just as delicious as we remembered — fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavour. We enjoyed every dish we tried (and we tried a lot), and loved that it was all made to order. So glad to have this gem close to home. We'll definitely be back.

The food and service were wonderful, as usual. However, we were seated next to the front door. It was unpleasant, every time some entered or exited the restaurant we felt a cold chill on us from outside.

Came with a large group of people. The food came quickly and the staff were friendly. Everything was delicious!

As always Okami were amazing. Between the great friendly, helpful service by the staff, and absolutely delicious food. They offered me a choice of the all you can eat at a discount because I am bariatric limited, or the option of a set menu. I did the bento box

Great evening, delicious food. Quick service for some food items, others were a bit slower. They forgot one of our drinks, but once spoken to they arranged it to our table. Only suggestion for online ordering is to have a list of what you have ordered so not to over order.

Made a reservation 6.30pm Seated at table for 20 minutes waiting comes and asks us if we were ready to order we reply yes thanks Then waiter walks away for some unknown reason Just not a good experience Went elsewhere after 25 minutes of waiting

Good and the QR system is so much easy to order with.

Service was great but the food once again came out cold. The karage chicken was cold as was the miso steak and prawn gyoza's. For a very quiet night in store it was was very poor food

Nothing really stood out for me. It was all just ok. Felt very rushed and sometimes cold when should have been hot. Service was good, but not friendly. Felt more like a number than a guest.

Normally the service is pretty fast, but tonight it was super slow. It wasn’t very busy, but staff were not on the ball.

I felt that the table scan to order was difficult as you were never sure of if the order went through as I though I sent one but no food came so I had to order again

Use of QR codes is clunky and not ideal for all at our table. Had to ask staff several times to clear empty plates and provide water. Loud dining atmosphere.

Family birthday, staff were wonderful. So many favourite dishes, hard to decide on 1
