The food was not as good as we have had in the past it felt rushed and some of the items that were meant to be served hot were served cold. Was not impressed will not be back for a while alternatively we will be going to Warragul next time.

Our first time there and we thoroughly enjoyed it . We will definitely be going again.

The food was beautiful. Very nice service. Was very enjoyable.

Everything was great except for the wait times on the abu nigiri sushi which is our favourite dish. Two of us ordered a plate each first thing and it took over 40 minutes for just one of them to arrive, well after multiple other dishes had been served. We ordered several plates of the abu nigiri throughout the night and less than half were served, even though we asked the servers multiple times. We left before we had received our final dishes because it just took too long. We love Okami but this really soured our experience.

Feel like the food has been on the decline since the start of Okami in Traralgon.

Do not like the QR code ordering. I missed out on spending time with my family because someone had to order on their phone. I do not want that experience again.

We were a group of 3 who thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The venue was clean and well spaced. The food was fresh and tasty. The service friendly and timely.

New way of ordering with qr code was painful never got what we ordered or got part of an order or not the right dish. When we asked the waitress she said I can't see what you ordered just order again

We enjoyed most of the service, atmosphere and food. We were disappointed that the dim sims were served cold rather than hot, and that Chardonay was substituted for a Merlot. It was difficult to understand one staff member when she spoke to us.

The food was soooo good, and the staff were attentive and kind. My sister and I, had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again.

Price increase to 42.60ea. For 2 people our dinner ended up at over $110. Food is average. Still good all you can eat.

The food was amazing! Wasn’t a fan of the ordering thru the phone, was difficult to remember what had been ordered throughout the booking. Service was lovely.

We ordered a beer and an apple juice and they forgot to bring them, we asked for the beer and then they brought the wrong one and still no juice

It was our first time there and used the QR code to order. Unfortunately our order only submitted our drinks and we unknowingly sat waiting 30 mins before calling a wait staff to find where our food is. The staff was able to help us order and we only waited another 5 mins before the entrees arrived. Other than that, we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the food.
