Fantastic food and service, the only minus would be the surcharge of $1.50 for no ice on drinks, seriously guys?? Do you expect customers to pay extra for the privilege of not drinking a diluted drink???

Quick service. Meals are a generous size. Huge choice of different Malaysian meals. Large range of Malaysian drinks and desserts as well- though we were too full to try any

Food is nice. Not served as hot as what it normally is, which was a little odd considering the restaurant was 75% empty. Service is quick and efficient.

The crew are not aproacheable and happy serving the costumers. The food are all good satisfying and delicious. Keep reminding your crew members they should smile and polite serving the costumers.

As always, this visit was a pleasure. The menu is extensive, varied, interesting and selection is made easy with the use of photographs. Service is friendly and prompt. Meals are delivered in good time, are hot [when applicable], well presented, match the description and have thus far been delicious. The ordering system is simple, efficient and overcomes split-bill issues. Good value, family friendly. A favourite.

Usually an excellent resteraunt, however the joindelup branch was very dissapointing! Chicken dry & overcooked, laksa way too spicy & staff not at all pleasant! Resteraunt closed at 8.30 which in a saturday night is bloody ridiculous! Staff so eager to get home that they were clearing our table as we ate & were virtually pushing us out the door! Will not come back. This branch could do with looking how their other branches are run & take a leaf out of their book

Have always enjoyed the food here but on a last visit was quiet dissappointed. My husbands meal came out as soon as he had ordered it while my order which was satay chicken came out over 20 mins after his order. I had also ordered some rice which this came out with my husbands meal. Wont be returning

PappaRich Joondalup is becoming a definite contender for best PappaRich around. This time the food was extra delicious. The laksa is one of the best ones I've ever had - especially outside of Malaysia or Singapore.

We had a wonderful time. Food are delicious and served in generous amount. We will definitely come back and bring a friend or another family member.

Food serve really quick, however waiter/waitress service average. Overall is ok. If they accept entertainment card, suggest they ask the customer when they settle the bill or at least put a sign next to the cashier

Great staff, amazing food, fantastic experience. The food came really really quickly and we loved every single bite. The drinks were cold and delicious and the food was hot and so so yummy!!

I had the Nasi Lemak with beef rendang. It was huge! I think that it would have been better to have a smaller portion for a cheaper price then something that half goes to waste. Same with the seafood laksa. My teh tarik was very small but tasted authentic. Atmosphere was good.

PappaRich was quick to seat us despite being very busy. The new and improved menu was a pleasure to look through. Their version of chicken rice and minced pork noodles was efficiently brought out to us and satisfied our hunger.

It was my first time at the Joondalup location of PappaRich and it was a very positive experience. It compares well to their other restaurants and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. As usual roti is crispy and soft at the same time and so yummy and delicious to tip into the curry sauce, sambal and dhal. We'll be back!
