The ultimate beachside paradise in North Wollongong, Pepe’s on the Beach is a must for lovers of good food, drinks and company in the sunshine. Taking modern Australian and Mediterranean influences and incorporating them into all aspects of this restaurant and bar has made this Cliff Road spot a local favourite. The interior and exterior of Pepe’s on the Beach is relaxed, vibrant and chic, and taking in the picturesque Wollongong sea views while indulging in cocktails and delicious food is the icing on the cake. Whether you’re in for a Sunday session, mid-week dinner by the sea or celebrating with the family, book a table and treat yourself – you won’t be disappointed.
Pepe’s on the Beach is light, airy and an all-round refreshing time. You’ll find large open windows allowing the fresh sea breeze to flow through the space with unhindered views of the Wollongong ocean taking centre stage. This North Wollongong haven also boasts a large deck with bean bags, hanging chairs that’s perfect for whiling the day away, feasting and drinking under the summery palm trees. Speaking of feasting, the menu at Pepe’s on the Beach draws influences from the Mediterranean and let’s just say you’ll be in absolute heaven when you see the range of dishes on offer in this Wollongong restaurant and bar.
If you’re visiting North Wollongong’s Pepe’s on the Beach for breakfast, we recommend the power bowl filled with pulled pork, sweet potato, kale, avocado, quinoa and poached eggs, or the bae roll loaded up with double bacon, egg, avo, cheese, hash browns and relish – with a fresh juice or coffee, of course. Later in the day, order up a few starters to share like the spicy jalapeno poppers, sweet fries topped with rosemary salt or Korean fried chicken sliders filled with kimchi. There’s also seafood platters, taco sharing plates, burrito bowls and hearty mains for the hungrier among you. Head to this relaxed restaurant and bar on Cliff Road and discover it all for yourself.
Great experience for lunch, will make future bookings. Tacos were delicious and the tap pale ale was crisp. Ocean views from the balcony were beautiful.
