Food was really good, at a good price. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a birthday there and the staff sang happy birthday in a really spirited way!

Friendly staff, tasty pizza & pasta. Great all you can eat options ( 4 pizzas and 3pastas I believe?) though the meat pizza was very oily and 2 of four pizzas didn't have tomato base ( but we're also tasty ) I've also had lamb ragu which was very nice. No leftover take home option, which seems like a waste of food but I guess they have their reasons.

Amazing, as usual! Salt Meats Cheese is consistently great. The food is always a religious experience, made with love, passion and care. While our favourite little spot seems to be getting more popular, every meal we eat at Salt Meats Cheese is delicious and the staff take the busyness in their stride. Keep up the great work guys!

Very nice pizzas good value great staff I would recommend

This is a friendly and authentic Italian restaurant with home made pasta. Great service and good food. Last night was a Brazilian night with dance lessons and caipirinhas, great atmosphere, and a perfect night to eat outside. We always go back!

We had a pasta, it was delicious but it was a small portion.

Food and value for money were awesome, as is the team at Salt Meats Cheese. This visit was the first time we ever had a decent wait for food and the atmosphere was noisy and bustling, but this is normal. Overall, a great place to eat!

We went for the Monday special All you can Eat Pizza & Pasta. The food was fantastic! Woodfire pizza to rival some of the best and delicious Gnocchi! The only downfall was not being approached for drinks and it was hard to stop the waitstaff from where we were sitting! We would definitely return.

if you want authentic and fantastic Italian food in Surfers Paradise then this is the place. Great staff, all Italian, friendly & very helpful in an interactive way . The cheese Wheel spaghetti was unforgettable, sensational wood-fired pizzas and the Italian wine list while very limited went very well with the food. Highly recommended.

Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for the first course. Second course took another 1 hour. Not impressed. Asked staff to give an approximate waiting time and they never came back to the table with an answer

We had 2 meals from the flaming cheese wheel (carbonara and Gorgonzola). Comfort food to the extreme! Very friendly staff.

What a lovely place to have my sons 18th birthday dinner!!! Have been here once before and have especially chosen this place in Surfers Paradise to come down from Brisbane as the food is amazing, the staff is absolutely lovely, attentive, friendly, funny, Italian all you need and want in an Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, good sizes, absolute value for money, drinks variety is really good. We are certainly coming back - Love Love Love !!!

It was great, we got a kg of gnocchi for half the normal price, I’m not sure it would be worth it if you were only getting half a kg for what they would charge though. Beautiful otherwise

Food was ok however totally not worth $20 all you can eat. they charge kids same price. Took more than 10mins to came out table to take drink order. We order only once. We could not take away even first order we left on table. Staff could mention better normal menu order than all you can eat as we had 4 little kids. I probably not coming back.

Each of our dishes came out at different times. This really upsets the vibe of the meal. Not good enough.

Pizza was bomb af, so was the wine. Bf paid for the meal so yea it was gr8

Pizza masterclass was fun. We ended the session with more pizza, pasta and dessert... delicious. Only thing is venue could be in a nicer location.

We chose to book on a Wednesday evening to partake in Thebes cheese wheel pasta. The truffle cheese wheel pasta with fungi was to die for! To add to the atmosphere, this is prepared at the table also which is a nice touch.

We had a fabulous night and wonderful Pizzas, calzone and pasta! Thank you for having us!

A bit disappointed with this restaurant ... we thought we'd give it another go after a previous visit. But although the pizza is tasty, it's extremely soggy and the lasagna wasn't very hot. The staff are very pleasant and try hard but I guess we'll try elsewhere from now on.

Was there to experience the cheese wheel but they only had cheese wheel risotto and we settled for that and their signature lobster pizza. The risotto was nothing to shout about and the pizza was lousy. Lobster was stale and i would have preferred frozen pizzas to the one we had. Had to order another fries and nuggets for my 3yr old as she did not like any of the dishes. Staff were rather nice but food is really bad. Will not recommend and will never be back.

The wood fire pizza was terrible, the produce was 2nd rate so no flavour, the only taste was the tomato sauce that had not cooked as the pizza was literally out to us in 4 min and the dough was chewy and undercooked . We each ate 1 piece To top this off, the waitress asked if we enjoyed the pizza, we said no and the reasons why. When we went to pay they charged us full price, did not even offer a free coffee Worst experience would not recommend it at all

We travelled 2 hours for the advertised pasta cheese wheel night.. was then told they don’t do pasta anymore only risotto in the cheese wheel.. so we ordered risotto and gnocchi, but saw others getting pasta in the cheese wheel! Not impressed. Both of our meals were pretty shocking, especially for the price. Risotto was gluggy and no flavour, no cheese had even melted from the cheese wheel as it was literally mixed for 20 seconds.. the gnocchi was $22 and like 20 small pieces.. barely enough to fill you up and it didn’t even taste good. Not good customer service either. Disappointing for a birthday dinner
