The outlook onto the mall wasn't great, perhaps some artificial wall to enclose the space and make it more cosy. The food was fabulous, the wine so great for the price.

We made a late booking and we’re well accommodated. The service was quick and food was delicious!

Second visit - service is less than desirable. Long wait times to be served even when making eye contact with staff and asking them to place an order. On both occasions i have been told to wait a moment (this is after been seated for over 15-20min) Have also brought out mains before entrees and then when questioned we got told we already had it. Mains took over 1 hour to be brought to the table after being ordered. Food is also top notch though but would love to see service be improved

Great idea for the Arancini and Meatball night, but the service was exceptionally slow, hard to get an order in with it being understaffed and with only allowing one order per person at a time (2 balls) it was very drawn out for what we thought would be a quick meal.

Very ordinary food, poor service and our drinks didn’t come until after our food, even after repeatedly telling wait staff. I would not eat there again. Ever.

Food and drink were really tasty but the table service was bad. We felt the staff didn't listen to us or pay us much attention. The staff all seemed to be really stressed apart from the people behind the bar. Lovely pizza and great vegan cheese though!

Pizza was reasonably good; gnocchi was disappointing - sauce nice but the gnocchi themselves were not. Service very ordinary. Being a local I would not return to this restaurant.

The antipasto on the 'small plates' section surprised me. It was large enough to feed 2 people! If you're on a first date, like I was, maybe avoid it as you may come off looking like a cheapskate 😂

Food was great but the wait was far too long, over 2 hours for a pizza and pasta..

Very underwhelming decor, seating arrangement also very odd. Staff friendly enough but frustratingly do not write down orders, so unsurprising they messed up our order by sending out my main first and not the shared entree, followed by taking a further 15 minutes to serve my partner her pasta, needless to say I was well and truely finished. Wine was quite good although it took a good amount of time before we finally hailed down a waitress to take our order. Tastie food and great location, with a few minor improvements it could be quite the spot, it’s a shame to see such poor execution.

Food was good, service was average. Constantly having to get the waitress attention and even ordering drinks took more than 20 mins to get. When you go to all you can eat you expect to be eating constantly not waiting around just to order more
