When it comes to food of such consistent high quality, it can be hard to select specific dishes as the best, but we have a few favourites. Such as: jalapeno and cheese croquettes; short rib tacos with sesame, radish and chilli mayo; salmon and kimchi tartare with avocado and sesame; spicy pulled pork tacos with cabbage, onion and sour cream; wagyu beef sliders with bacon miso onion, cheese and pickles; or the BBQ half chicken in herb yoghurt with achiote rice and egg. And if that isn’t enough, we recommend the peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate and honeycomb. It’s as amazing as it sounds and Melbournians can’t get enough of it.
