Relaxed and staff were so helpful. Food was great also.

Food Republic is my go to place, it has everything I want!

The place was very busy. The service was a little slow which was not unexpected. The waiter was polite and pleasant. The food was tasty and well presented. But the tables were quite close together and the place was very noisy, making coversations difficult and there was no privacy at all. We could hear every word from the diners seated at the tables on our right and left.

I made a last minute booking for lunch at the Food Republic & requested a quiet area to be seated at. I actually introduced two new friends to the restaurant & they were VERY IMPRESSED. My requested seat allocation was honoured & we had the most divine meals. I had the special, which was Lamb Shank risotto… an original recipe that was delectable. My friend ordered the omelette with Asian slaw & was shocked at what she received. She also loved her meal. The service was fast & friendly & there was no rush to get us out. A very enjoyable afternoon. ❤️🥰

Consistently good service and meals. A local favourite Cafe, always busy.

They were busy. There for Sunday brunch and the place was chockers and yet the service was great! No long waits to either order or receive our food and we were checked in on a couple of times during brunch to see if we were ok or if there was anything else we would like. This is a well oiled machine. As for the food my eggs benedict was delicious. Will be coming back again.....and again...and again.

Regular customer, preferred table became available and was offered shortly after arrival, food was excellent as always, wait persons young and possibly inexperienced but cheerful, co-operative and obliging.

A group who visit from Geelong, Bacchus Marsh and Box Hill we all enjoy the Food Republic Experience. A good venue for 6 people, friendly and prompt service and unless it is impossible because of Restuarant busyness, we can sit comfortably and have a catch up. A good experience for our group.
