Poor customer care,wants to order more food ,but nobody come and ask do we need more ,tried to call the staff ,but they went pretending not hear our voice anything

The service, food and overall atmosphere was excellent. We tried some different dishes and were delighted with the presentation and flavours. The music was a bit loud for us, which may be off-putting for other older people. Overall, a lovely dining experience, and we will go back.
