The Spinnaker

We have had some lovely meals at the spinnaker but they have been out of peak times. Today was very busy even though the restaurant didn't look full. It took an hour after ordering for the meals to arrive and it was cold. I had battered fish of the day and it was awful. The batter had started to break up and was soggy. Chips were cold. My husband thinks our meals were cooked then put to one side while they worked on a different family order from our table. My grandson had nuggets and chips. There were 4 small dinosaur nuggets on the plate and if there was no more than 12 French fries with it. It was terrible and such a disappointing experience from our previous visits. The staff were doing their best though.

My gluten free crumbed steak was well cooked and accompanied by a delicious salad and gluten free chips.

Cheap membership. Friendly staff. Cheap meals. For a busy Saturday night the wait time for the food wasn't too bad. The steaks weren't cooked to our liking which was disappointing. We couldn't see a dessert menu and would have liked cake or something sweet for our special occasion. Overall it was a good night out with friends.

Booked on line and got exactly what we'd asked for. The food was delicious. We were a group of four and our meals all came at the same time. It was busy but we didn't have a long wait.

-The waiter at our table, we could barley hear what he was saying when our food arrived, sounded like he was whispering. -Ordered a salad and had no eggplant in it which was the main ingredient and did not tell us when we ordered it until it was brought out. -Took an hour and a half to get our meals after ordering and did not have any warning it would be a long wait. -the fairy light out on the deck area didn’t work and was very dark so more lighting options would be recommended.

Food was amazing had their rad calamari and it was so tender

The honey Lime Chicken was very plain, and the rice was very dry and needed more sauce, it just needed something else very disappointing. The wait time was over 1 hour.

We ordered chicken wings along with other dishes but the wings were advertised with Aoli and Blue Cheese dipping sauces which we didn't receive. When we asked about the sauce they bought us tomato and bbq sauce.

I do love the convenience of being able to book online.
