Great food , drinks, people, easy to book and get a table
Wa Modern is a really interesting take on traditional Japanese cooking. I have been there several times now and have enjoyed each visit. The decor is understated and the service friendly and efficient. I also like the BYO policy ($10 per bottle). This visit we particularly enjoyed the vegetarian gyoza and the baked eggplant with cheese. The beef and chicken dishes were also good. The dessert, a "chocolate spring roll" was delicious.
