Quick service yummy food we had waffles and smashed avocado with bacon so tasty really enjoyed it thank you Walters River Cafe we will be back

Food was delicious and arrived very quickly. Service was with a smile which is always nice. A little noisy but that is to be expected on a beautiful sunny Sunday!

Meal was tasty but struggled to finish it. Staff were helpful and efficient. Would come again.

Everything was good, noise level a little high but once the food was brought out the noise level subsided.

Have been coming here for years as we enjoy the location and the view. Unfortunately this visit was disappointing as the experience was ruined by the amount of flies in the restaurant.

Staff forgot our order. Food was good. Staff offered complimentary coffees. Just not good eating 30 minutes after our friends were served.

Easy booking, table was as requested (quieter spot to assist hard of hearing), service offered immediately, coffee - fabulous, food order completed with care, patience and offer of recommendations, food served hot and timely and all selected dishes were superb and much appreciated. Saturday morning and we were not rushed to vacate our table and that is a real bonus. Well done the kitchen and wait staff - we will be back!

A pleasant lunch. Not quite up to the standard of when we visited in 2022 but overall not too bad. The platter would have been better being served on a board and not piled on to a plate. No anchovies in the Caesar salad. Overall all was ok.

The table service was almost mon-existant. Not neatly enough wsit staff for a busy Easter Saturday lunch. The (so called/almost non English speaking manager was as rude as she alwsys is. We specifically requested a bottle of "bubbles" we were told by her "there was none available". Out of stock. We waited and waited to be asked to order dessert. That never happenef. So we had an ice cream from the truck outside. I have been dining at walters for many many yesrs. The food is always delucious and well priced. The so called manager needs to not stroll around the restaurant looking like "lady muck". It is irksome!!!!

As a regular diner at Walters I booked for 7 people for breakfast this morning. We dined inside and were happy with our table with fan above as it was going to be a hot day. We asked for the music volume to be lowered which they promptly did. I would say judging by everyone's choices and comments we were all very happy with the quick and friendly service and quality and size of food portions. Only one person did not enjoy her corn fritters saying they lacked flavour. You can't beat the view from Walters and the staff should be commended for their friendliness and efficiency. Well definitely continue to go there again.

We had breakfast -9am booking. I had to get up and get the waiters attend to take our coffee order. It took ages to get our coffee. Breakfast meal itself was very ordinary for the price paid. We definitely won't return.

The table service was very friendly and efficient. The food we ordered arrived on our table within respectable time frame. The food itself was very enjoyable, each item was well prepared and presented. Thank you Walters River Cafe for a great lunch with wonderful view onto the Swan River.

1st time visit & found service great staff friendly Food good but obviously premises need a decent cleanup all through.

Beautiful surroundings, but the verandah seating areas have EXTREMELY LOUD overhead air circulation machines. Since they are not air conditioners, it would be far better if they were simply turned off. The wait-persons were very pleasant but there were only two of them - they could not keep up, so very slow service. The food was good. Will go again on cold days when those fans are OFF!

The food and coffee were delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating but online booking was very disappointing as we were not on their booking list when we got there.

Nice food at lunchtime. Although it was spoilt by the heat. I requested a table inside and presumed it would be air conditioned as it was a hot day. They had air conditioning at the back of the room, unfortunately it didn’t reach our table at the front.

Have been coming here for years however sadly the service has really dropped. It's not the staff themselves working there, there just isn't enough staff on to cater for the bookings and walk ins. Waited 30mins for a coffee and then another 30mins for 3 meals to come out.
