Friendly staff and efficient service, The senior's meals were very tasty and excellent value.
Local restaurant fair value for money. Waited quite a while for the main meals. Chicken Parma a bit dry. Hot pot beef a little tough. Pork bits very dry.
A great night to catch up with our friends have a meal a couple of drinks and a chat, nice quiet relaxing restaurant

Every visit, enjoyable, friendly, great food and service. Feels like home.
The food was great all though we waited well over an hour for it We were sat next to the main bar and it was very loud with swearing and general banter
We had a nice family meal, Staff are always nice and friendly.. it would be nice to see changes more often on the menu,.
Delightful and inexpensive family dinner. Children were well catered for and our seniors meals were delicious. Standard of food has improved over the last few months and service has always been good.

Food was normal pub type food, great value on Tuesday night as the children’s meals were free however no veggies at all eg just fish and chips or chicken and chips. Caesar salad’s poached egg was cold. Other than that expectations met.
Went on a Wednesday night - Parma and Pot night. Good size hot meals for only $16 with a glass of wine.

ordered A CALAMARI SALAD. WHICH INCLUDED A MIXED SALAD. THE MEAL CAME OUT WITH CALAMARI ,CHIPS AND A SIDE OF LETTUCE ? WITH SHAVED CHEESE. ADVISED THE WAITRESS THIS WAS NOT THE MEAL WE ORDERED . BUT SHE WAS QUITE ADAMANT THAT THIS IS THE WAY THE MEAL IS NORMALLY SERVED AND VIRTULY DISMISSED OUR COMPLAINT. DID NOT WANT TO CAUSE ANY TROUBLE AS THE BISTRO WAS QUICK BUSY. VERY DISAPPOINTED AS WE LIVE IN DOREEN AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD A MEAL AT THE BOWLING CLUB. WILL BE LOOKING ELSESWHERE WHEN WE GO OUT AGAIN FOR A MEAL.
