Great food very reasonably priced ..my only concern was only 2 prawns in the chicken and seafood pasta..and the breads are expensive..so we opted for mains only

Sorry but food was like Canteen type. Piled on the plate. Far too much salt in it. Who ever heard of Tira mi su without Mascarpone in it!? The Chocolate Mousse was far too soft and like something out of a packet. Not enjoyable at all.

Our group of four was very impressed with our meals at Sazio's in Black Rock. The servings were generous, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, very good value for money and we will definitely be back again.

Service was good and tasty food. Our group wish the restaurant still allowed BYO wine as the wine list is limited.

Sazio’s is fast becoming our favourite local Italian restaurant! We started with the calamari as a shared entree. It was tender, crispy and tasty. I had the grilled flounder - which was served with chips and salad while my husband had the streak. Cooked to perfection, served with a peppercorn sauce, creamy mash and veggies. Great service, delicious food and nice ambiance- though can get a bit noisy. Overall, definitely worth a try.

Our Pizza starter was perfect., and our choices of pasta was perfect al dente.. Very Good Italian experience., and we are off to Italy all of AUGUST '22.

First time at this restaurant and was very pleased with the experience, the staff were very nice and attentive. The young lady who served us was particularly good. The foot was tasty and there were ample servings. Overall very enjoyable. Recommended and we will be back.

Greeted very nicely by the staff and tge restaurant was cool on a very hot Melbourne day. So good start to the evening. However we chose the pasta special for the day of chicken, bacon, mushrooms in a rose sauce. Not a good choice. The taste was awful. The chicken pieces too small and not conspicious. Neither if us finished our meal. So we were very disappointed as we usually enjoy the meal at Sazios. Will be a while now before we try it again after this experience. So sad.

Overall a very nice place but food way too salty.

A popular restaurant is always noisy because there are so many people but yes, it was hard to hear people across the table but we were a table of 6. All but one really enjoyed their food and that one wasn't me but because I made the booking I felt for that person. There were a few hiccups with the food being delivered but not really a problem as it was remedied immediately. The six of us worked together over ten years ago and it was a catch up before Christmas. Thank you for a happy night.
